I love this brewer because it has so many size options... and it was great at the holidays... each guest had a choice of a specific flavor or a pot of something they wanted multiple cups of.. I LOVE it..

We use the K550 every day. It is faster to brew a cup of coffee, but you can only brew a 10oz cup. 12 oz would have been better. Also, you can't use ground coffee. The touch screen is very user friendly and much easier to use then the older model. We don't really use the craft because there is such a limited acmount of coffees you can by to brew a craft, plus it really only brews 2 "normal" size cups of coffee. There are not any flavored coffees yet, and that is all we drink so we don't really use it the craft at all. I would say that the major upgrades to this machine are faster brewing time and the craft. Given the craft doesn't really brew that much coffee and there is such a limited amount of flavors, I would say to keep using your old machine instead of buying this one.

Cons: Can't Use Coffee Grounds, Only 10oz Coffee Size

I would like a smaller version of the Keurig so I do not have to empty the left over water every day.

New Keurig is awesome. Sleeker design, easier to refill water, cool new features, option for carafe, etc. the display even says please and thank you. Only downside is it's difficult to clean. Besides that I'd say it's my favorite coffee maker ever.

The Keurig 2.0 is the best, I wouldn't switch because I figured it would cost a fortune drinking as much as I do, so now that I can make a pot and individual, well doesn't get much better than that. Always taste's fresh, and is amazingly fast.

We use this for the first cup of coffee at home before we head out on our work day. The 2.0 is fast, love the timer, but it's so loud I can no longer make coffee before my wife is out of bed, it wakes her up.
