I was so excited to receive this product as a gift until I realized I could not brew my favorite brand. I returned it. Why do they sell the other coffee pods when you cannot use them.

Makes 10 oz cups ok but would be nice if it would make 14 oz cups, also it will not make a full pot of coffee without trying 3 to 4 times at the 5 cup setting. Big disappointment!

Love it but they need more coffee choices for the large pot. I did buy the stainless pot to keep the coffee warmer longer as the one that comes with it doesn't keep it hot long enough as I live alone and don't drink it right up.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Large Pot, Brews quickly, Easy to clean

Love this new brewer-I had an older one and decided to trade up-so glad I did. Can't understand the complaints about it not working..People you do have to clean it out from time to time, all it takes is a paperclip and a quick rinse and you are on your way to delicious coffee! I even found a way to use the older K cups in it.. real easy.. you just need to think for yourselves....Love it

Got this Brewer as a warranty replacement for my previous brewer. Good: It brews a tasty cup of coffee. LOVE LOVE LOVE the "Strong" feature! The footprint of the machine is slightly larger than its predecessors but nothing outrageous. It looks like a space ship on my counter. Bad: Coffee doesn't stay hot very long. Even in my insulated tumbler, it loses heat quickly. 10oz is the largest size brew you can make... I would like to see a 12 and 16 oz option to accommodate the larger "to go" cups. I'm also not a fan of having to stand at the brewer with my finger on the brew button to get 6 oz's of hot water at a time. Over all, there's nothing horrific about this Brewer. It maintains Keurig quality and reputation.
