Finaly a quiet and fast brewer

We use the 2.0 brewer constantly, just as we did with the original. We are now forced to buy from Keurig because only their product go through the machine,Also they still have made a k-cup with enough coffee in it to make a mug,no one uses dainty little coffee cups anymore.
Pros: Easy to use, Brews quickly, Every Cup Fresh Made, Multiple Settings
Cons: Limited Features

For one cup a day, I need to brew twice once for 10 ounces then for 4 to get a full mug. I want to be able to brew my Kona blend. I like the high altitude but how does it make a difference, hotter water? My family enjoyed using it till it clogged. It took me some time to figure out what happened. I bought this for the carafe.

Have previously bought the Mini unit to Take on trips. Also have had 2 other units over past 5 years. I gave my first one to my Granddaughter so I could get a new one. Daily use from am to hs. Breakfast of instant oatmeal Using the hot water from Keurig. Green tea and decaf coffee and Decaf tea 3-5x/day. Hot cocoa for Grandchildren 2-3x/week Company enjoys the 4cup option Would like to be able to also regulate the Amount of hot water avalible. Sometimes would like to have the 12oz or Even 14oz to 16oz. Avalible.
Pros: Quick Delivery Hot
Cons: More Hot Water Than 6oz, Need 12oz Avalibity

Not what I expected

I like the multiple choices. What I don't like is the carafe does not keep the coffee hot, had to buy the insulated carafe and still not completely satisfied. Does not use the older K Cups which are now wasted. Even though I use only bottled water, it has clogged up twice already and have had the machine for less than two months. I do like the convenience of using K cups but it is a litte more expensive than I would like to buy the K cups. I have bought three Keurig machines and they do not last as long as I would expect for the price I paid for each machine. They should have a longer shelf life. Most $100+ small appliances last forever and don't conk out after one year. I am seriously considering switching to another coffee brewer system. Would not recommend to anyone. As a matter of fact, just today I was speaking to someone about how disappointed I am in the 2.0.

Cons: Uses Special Cups, Long Brew Time, Carafe Lousy, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

Needs to have the 12 oz option back. I make 2-6oz cups of coffee to get my 12 oz. Still pretty noisy…why can't they be quieter?

We use it for making coffee and brewing hot water for tea. I love being able to make one cup and not waste a whole pot. What I don't like about it that it doesn't get hot enough for me nor am able to brew a big cup. I have to brew it at 2 different amounts.

Had problem at first

When we first got the 2.0 we were thrilled until about a month after we got it. For some reason the brewer just stopped brewing. I followed all the trouble shooting recommendations with no luck and even checked a couple things that I thought it could have been. Thankfully we were within the return policy of the store that we bought the brewer at and we exchanged it for a new one. That was about a month ago so my fingers are crossed that I don't experience the same issue as before. I still love my Keurig and the convenience of it and will never go back.

I had the older model. I found coffee to be hotter. This machine spits a lot. Always cleaning out to fix water flow.
