I love the 2.0! There are so many settings you may not know about. Take some time to really check it all out. I like to grind espresso beans and use the solo cup, but this 2.0 wants KCUPS only. I don't really care though, I love it anyway!

I use this everyday. I love how I can make a cup of coffee or tea within minutes. However, I wish they had an option to make the drinks less strong. I would love an option for that.

This is the ultimate brewer for the modern family. It has products for everyone I like coffee my wife likes tea and the grandkids love the cocoa. There is never any waste like half pots full of cold coffee. We also like the carafe for weekends when we will drink it all. This is the best appliance I have ever owned.

Missing the 12 oz option

I used to brew my own iced tea using the kcup. Unfortunately that doesn't fit the new Brewers. Also, I can't use previously purchased kcups. The new Brewers don't accept all kcups sold.

like this coffee maker it has alot more setting than my previous Keurig, would like for more than 6oz of water at the time. Love the carafe, nice feature and it knows if you put the carafe there but dont have the right coffee size, it ways error, smart. Still trying to get used to it. Love the color change for the water.

the Craft needs to a lot bigger I get only 2 cups out of mine if it was to give me 4 or more that would be wonderful

This is our second Keurig. We absolutely loved our first one, but unfortunately this one let us down. It is very noisy. Has a sound like an egg beater, that will drive you bonkers. On top of that, it will only brew a ten ounce cup! What a complete flop this one has been! When this one wears out, we will buy another brand. We will never purchase another Keurig.
Cons: Loud
