I really liked my VUE brewer. The new 2.0 only brews 10 cups. I have to run it twice to get a 14 oz cup. Takes longer to do that. The VUE also had the travel size cup setting.
Pros: Easy to use, Large Pot
Cons: Doesn't Brew Larger Sizes

I use the Keurig everyday. I purchased for the new style and larger reservoir. After only 5 uses I had to use a paperclip and clean the needle. I am not overall impressed with the unit. I still love my old one. With my old one I could adjust the water temp. I can't on this one and the coffee gets colder faster. I will never use the carafe because the pods are super expensive.
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish, Large reservoir
Cons: Loud, No Water Temp Setting, Long Brew Time, Limited Features, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

I wish that there was a larger brew setting. 10 oz is big but when you are brew in ice tea pitcher it is not large enough.

This brewer is great, it brews quickly, has multiple settings for type of coffee/cocoa brewed and has a great sleek look to it HOWEVER it is so messy when it brews I would never recommend it to anyone unless you use very tall coffee cups. In this house we use the standard size, and I even use my 16 oz cup on occasion, but the splash when brewing in outrageous, I have coffee splash covering my counter after I brew every cup and that is not so great when you have company over and your brewer is splashing all over the place. For the price I would expect a little more. Live and learn I suppose, I can't live without my coffee so it will have to do for now until it breaks.

Cons: Coffee Splashes

I cannot use older K-CUPS that I was able to use with my older single cup KEURIG machine. Did KEURIG do this to force K-CUP users to buy direct from KEURIG?

Want a Stronger Larger Cup Of Coffee

Biggest complaint is that it doesn't brew a strong enough cup of coffee. We like our coffee stronger and we can brew about a 4 ounce cup of coffee at the strength we like, Would like to be able to brew a 12-16 ounce cup of strong coffee.

I love this brewer, but I loved the platinum brewer more. I need a 16 oz option for coffee. I end up opening the brewer and making another 4 oz cup. I would like to brew one large cup. My only complaint!!!

I bought this for my husband for Chrismas as he loved the platinum. We like the idea of using the larger pot when we have guest. I like adjusting the strength of the coffee. I do not like the cost of the larger pods. I want larger travel mug settings, 16 oz. I do not like not being able to use my own coffee as I could in the Platnium. It is loud and slow.
