Love it, Hate It, Like It

Keurig needs to come out with a sensor readable reusable K-cup for those who prefer to use our own grounds on occasion. Inability to use older K-Cups without the white ring on top makes them obsolete. Had brewer and used out of the box 1-week before it was plugged and needed maintenance. Since repaired (knock on wood) no issues and seems to work great. Large pot is not well insulated and extra cups, if not drank quickly, get cold and pot is not dishwasher safe. I would recommend, but I have hope that improvements in the large pot and reusable K-Cup can be achieved. These changes will make it perfect!

Cons: Cannot Use Reusable K-cup, Limited Features, Large Pot Not Insulated, Can't Buy Off-brand K Cup

Do not buy a 2.0 Brewer

I would not buy this Keurig until it is perfected. We had 3 of them and ended up going back to the K750.
Pros: Coffee Is Not How
Cons: Coffee Is Not Hot, 10 Oz Is Largest Size, Many Kcups Do Not Work, Pump breaks

I like strong coffee, so I like the setting for it. This is my 4th Keurig, still use my other one sometimes. but I also like the pot so in the morning you can make more than one at a time.

Very Disappointed In Keurig

I received this for Christmas and I was so excited I actually cried. I have a Keurig personal brewer and LOVE LOVE it. Unfortunately, Keurig has made this model so I can ONLY use their brand of coffee. I can't afford that and use my own coffee with my Personal Brewer. Unless you can afford to purchase Keurig brand coffee/tea/hot chocolate do not buy the 2.0. It's a shame Keurig did this to their faithful customers. I shipped my unit back ASAP.

Not happy that I can't use my use-your-own coffee Cafe cups. Packaging did not state this ahead of time. Also, instructions said K-cups with Keurig insignia would work and they don't. Lastly, having to hold down the button for water is extremely annoying, and only gives 6 oz.

Cons: Can't Use My Older K-cups, Can't Use My Cafe Cups, Only 6 Oz Of Hot Water
