I have always liked the product, bit with the new model, I especially the ability to brew a pot. The hot water dispenser is not very good - particles of coffee, etc, remain in the hot water as it flows.
Pros: Stylish, Multiple Settings, Brews quickly, Large Pot, Easy to use

I'm thinking of returning it because it doesn't have a reusable basket and i haven't been able to find the K-cups to make a krafe, I've been looking for six weeks

Use at home great for kcups, Don't like the way you have to hold button to dispense hot water and then it only gives you 6 oz at a time ,It should not stop dispensing until you stop pushing button. We already miss our old one

My first Keurig

This is my first Keurig and I got it as a Christmas gift this year. I've loved using the Keurig Brewer at my office; it makes a great single cup of coffee! Was excited to see the 2.0 come out with the carafe, but was extremely disappointed with my very first pot. The carafe is not designed to keep the coffee hot! The lid does not close to keep the heat inside the carafe and the carafe does not seem to be very well insulated either. I ended up throwing out half of the pot because I do not like cold coffee! Will not use the carafe setting anymore unless I know the entire pot will be used up immediately. Should have just asked for the old version on my wish list. Still loving my single cups though!

Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Carafe Poorly Designed

I use mine everyday, Love the lighting features in fact love all Keurigs I have used and owned. I do wish that there was a form of the My K-Cup filter for the 2.0 550.

I like the coffee maker once I got used to it. The one thing I do not like is when you want a cup of hot water, you have to hold down the button until you get your hot water, never had to hold it down with my other Keurig.

I returned this product. I do not like that I can only use specific K-cups. If you want hot water you have to hold the button in the whole time and it won't let you make a carafe of hot water for hot tea. Keurig blew it with this product.
