We use this product several times a day. We love that you can buy a wide variety of coffees. Coffee tastes great. Our daughter can use it for hot chocolate, tea, and hot water for Ramen Noodles.

Bought it for home but when we found out we couldn't grind our own beans and use reusable filters, I took it to work.
Pros: Brews quickly
Cons: Can't use reusable filter, Limited Features, Pot Doesn't Keep Cof Hot

Very good coffee, but expensive to use. If you use the prepackaged Kcups, it just costs too much. If you use your own grounds, still very expensive because of the cost of the specialized coffee filters.
Pros: Tastes good, Easy to use, Brews quickly

I use this one and my old one because the new one will not allow me to use my own coffee in my cups That is unacceptable. I have 2 of them on display and it takes up too much space and I will not be using the new one anymore until the old one dies.

I received this as a Christmas present. While I like the fact that it has a reservoir, brews quickly, and comes with a carafe, I was disappointed that I cannot use a reusable filter, even a Keurig brand filter. Also, I am limited to Keurig brand K-cups, which is not the case in other models.

Cons: Limited Features, Small Pot

love the design, Is there any way to recycle the old coffee cups once its used, seems like i use way lots and i throw away plenty. the biggest problem I have is the setting for 10 is not that much my coffee cups are large and i have to add water after i brew me a cup

We received this from our son as an early Christmas gift. It was to replace our K45 machine. More bells and whistles but need help with the heat factor. Seems like many cups are not as hot as they should be.
