like this new machine, but the cup settings on my old machine had more options. also, like the carafe, but would like more flavor options for the carafe.

I make coffee everyday. It also make great tea, cocoa, and hot cider. Sometimes the coffee that I make in the carafe is a little bit weaker than if I use individual kcups.
Pros: Quick brewing, Hot Cocoa Button, Can Make A Carafe
Cons: Carafe Is Sometimes Weak

Bought my first one, didn't work, exchanged it for my 2nd one that worked for a day, exchanged it for my 3rd one that worked for 3 days and then just dripped one drip at a time, took 1/2 for a cup of coffee. Exchanged that for my 4th one and it is fine, brews well, very quiet. Does not accept all K-cups.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Brews quickly
Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

I'm a big coffee drinker and I mix my coffee and would prefer a reusable k cup and k carafe. I cannot do that with the ones you sell. You don't even have the type but you have the brand. I mix half caff with decaf and cannot do that. So I tend to go back to my old coffee maker instead.

Cons: Small Pot, No Reusable Kcarafe, Limited Features, No Reusable Kcup

carafe is just a basic plastic container that is not insulated and I would like to make a carafe of coffee but the second cup is ice cold. I would also like to use a refillable basket for economical reasons.

System has its pluses and minuses

My older version of the Keurig worked better in some ways - here are some issues with my new one: 1. drinks in the carafe do not stay warm 2. hot water dispenser does not work well - sometimes you get 6 oz of hot water and other times all you get is a few drips into the cup 3. unless the Kcup has Keurig on it you can't use it in this version of the beverage maker - not a plus! I do like the Keurig beverage makers in general since I only have one to two cups of coffee and then I use it for cups of tea - I definitely prefer it over a regular coffee pot - I will continue to own one but hope they can do some modifications so the carafe beverage stays warm long enough to drink it before it gets cold and fix the hot water dispenser so it is a lot more efficient!
