It has a large water tank which is good. When it starts it's extremely loud, when you want a cup you need to select size & strength every time. With the old one's you select and its done. Then they put sensor's in the K-CUP so you either have to send the old ones in or buy new stuff. It seems to be just another way for them to get you to buy more.

Cons: Very Loud Brewing, Very Loud Starting, Can't Use All K-cups, Loud

This is our third Keurig and again, we love it. The only problem is at times there is a plastic taste and smell. Cleaning and refilling reservoir before each use seems to help. Good looking machine and fast and convenient.

I set the brewer to automatically turn on and brew early so when I wake up, it's ready to drink. I use it every day because it brews my pods perfectly. It is very easy to set up. All I need now is My K-Cup that is compatible with the 2.0.

the 550 is only good because it can make a Pot of coffee, The coffee is not HOT, have to put it in mircowave. the VUE is far a better machine. NOT HAPPY WITH THE 550 WANT TO LOOK INTO A DIFFERENT MACHINE THAT THE COFFEE IS HOT its annoying when U have a lunching with3 or 4 people and have to put each cup in mircowave.

Should Have Waited for 3.0

This is my main brewer, have the older top of the line at office. I would trade the 2.0 for another one of those. The large water tank is nice but I can't use all my older K cups, the Carafe is worthless. The coffee is luke warm if you make 4 cups.
