We love that it is diverse enough to handle all our seperate tastes. From Hot coffee to iced flavored coffee to teas and cocoa's. Easy for the whole family in a short time.

Although my "old" brewer was fine, I decided to upgrade for the larger size carafe. (I still tend to brew single cups most of the time.) This brewer takes longer and is louder than my old brewer. But what upsets me the most, is that I can no longer use my Gevalia Latte cups with froth packets, because they don't have the Keurig Logo. Nor can I use any other cups that do not have the Keurig Brand Logo. I was able to use them with my old brewer.
Pros: Large Pot, Multiple Settings, Stylish
Cons: Long Brew Time, Will Not Brew "non Keurig, HARD TO CLEAN, Loud

10 oz brew is not enough for a coffee mug. The plastic pot was cheap looking and did not keep coffee warm. The stainless steel is not the best either for keeping coffee hot. Love it though

Love that we have the option to brew 1 cup or carafe on the weekends. Carafe does not keep coffee warm enough for me. Would like a temperature control to brew hotter coffee.

I thought I had found the perfect coffee maker, but found that the "instant hot water" dispensed less than 6oz, the large amount of coffee is 10oz, and we can only use "keurig approved" coffees.
