My cons is that the coffee isn't hot enough once I brew it and add my creamer I need to microwave. My brewer when new is kind of loud when brewing. And yes hard to clean. The water in brew storage should be able to get into for any bacteria that grows and we can clean out.

Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, HARD TO CLEAN, Loud

We use our Keurig every morning and typically at night too. Love the hot water feature, just wish you didn't have to hold the button down for it to dispense.

This awesome brewer finally made me ditch my old "ready instantly" brewer. It brews my coffee @ 5:30 AM and I enjoy it every day. My daughter sneaks in her teas and loves it.

This is worst product ever. We purchased at retail store, it didn't work so replacement sent by keurig. the replacement was not in original box and they have sent two additional units(never in original box) we don't have that box as sent first brewer back in it. Now not able to get money back. retail store will not take without original box and Keurig will not refund or send a box so we can take back to store. customer service will not help at all.
Cons: Won't Brew At All
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

For a hot cup of tea.. or hot chocolate.. to be able to use the .. hot water.. feature. is wonderful.. makes great coffee... to change the color of the touch screen is GREAT... i use it as a little night light in the kitchen at night... Love this machine.

This is my 3rd unit and I have purchased at least 5 for gifts and I was dissapointed the morning my Keurig Platinum was dead. I went right to buy a replacement got the best one, Keurig 2.0 550. I set it up and was disapoined that the largest cup size was 10oz but after 3 cups and 1 pot it stopped and would not pump the coffee. I have returned and purchased a Cuisinart one cup much faster and coffee seems hotter and it comes with a 3 year warranty. Sorry that I had to switch. Called your tech number and noone really seamed to care or know what the issue might be. Poor customer help Keurig.
