I almost returned the coffee machine at first. I purchased off brands of K cups and they are not usable in this machine. Only Keurig brand and they are surely more expensive. I feel I was bamboozled. The reason I purchased a Keurig originally was because I liked the option of using any k cups for coffee. I was unpleasantly surprised. I spent 180 dollars on a unit that now costs me even more money. Instead of the hastle of returning I have kept the unit, but I do have regrets.
Pros: Stylish
Cons: Only Keurig Brand, Limited Features

Hate that I can't use a refillable pod! I have to clean out the needle every few days, always clogged with coffee grounds! Pot should make more than 4-5 cups, also pot should keep coffee hot and it doesnt!!! Also should make a 12 oz cup. 4 oz cup should not even be an option!!!
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to clean, Durable, Taste, Stylish
Cons: Needle Clogs Often, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Kcup Brand Cups Only, Small Pot, HARD TO CLEAN

Don't like the fact that it won't let me use some of my old k cups. That wasn't such a great idea making it only accept keurig marked k cups.

I love the convenience of the keurig. Nice to have a large water reservoir. Having issues with the right amount being brewed in the Carafe, less ounces than supposed to be so seems wasteful on the k-cups.
Pros: Large Pot, Stylish, Multiple Settings
Cons: Loud, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Doesn't Brew Properly, Carafe Brews Incorrect, Long Brew Time

You can only get 6 0z of water at a time. Older version allowed you to choose the size. The handle that you have to constantly move, is really not sturdy, waiting for it to break off in my hand. I will probably go out and buy an older model if I can find it and throw this away.

I use my Keurig everday and was excited to upgrade when the new 2.0 system was introduced. However, I was disappointed (to say the least) to discover that I could no longer use my own coffee in a reusable K-cup. The company claim that it was done to produce more consistent results doesn't satisfy. I'd recommend to a friend, but make sure they know the limitation they are receiving.
Pros: Stylish, Brews quickly, Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: Use "approved" K-cups, Uses 'approved' K-cups

we use the Keurig daily.. the coffees are delicious, but I wish there was a temp control so I could choose extra hot.. it comes out tempid and I have to microwave it... :(
