Total piece of junk!

We are on our 5th 2.0 that has failed in the past 2 months including one sent as a replacement directly from Keurig. The pump fails and no water flows. After calling Keurig Customer Service they could only send me a new one that also failed in a week. It's not the water as we used filtered water before putting it in the unit where it has its own filter. Older models are great. This model is total junk, steer clear!
Pros: None If It Doesn't Work
Cons: Pump fails

Doesn't work after just a week

Got this weeks ahead of Christmas so could have it up and running for Christmas day. Didn't even make it a week. Was already broken by Christmas morning! Went thru all the trouble shooting tips twice. No luck. Shame on keurig for putting this on the market before it was ready.
Cons: Non Functioning

A waste of my time

After only 3 uses, had to call keurig to have someone tell me for the next 25 minutes how to unclog the needles. Ridiculous! I don't have time to waste after each cup to unclog the needles. This is a poor design on the part of the manufacturer. So frustrating, and my company in town couldn't even get a cup the next day while I was sick in bed., why is it clogging up, that was my question? No answer! If it's supposed to be so intelligent, new and the best, why can't I make two or for cups of coffee in a row? So disappointed, I'm done! Returning it today! Take it back to the lab or give it to your CEO and see if they want to keep cleaning it out! I don't think you can expect to make people happy by making a cheap design. This is no way to keep your customers.

Not at all impressed. I have owned a previous Keurig model. When I had to replace it, I rushed out and picked up the 2.0. It takes too long to preheat and will not take other brands of k cups. Considering I drink several cups a day. Not worth the time or the effort. Did not even work with Celestial seasons kcups that are advertised to work with the Kerurig. Green mountain cups neither. Major disappointment.
Cons: Loud, Limited Features, Will Not Use Other Brands

This is my first Keurig. At first, I was thrilled with it!! I love the convenience, quickness, and ease of use. However, the one thing I was excited about was using another company's coffee, 3 lbs., that I just bought, with my Keurig. I threw out my old coffee maker as soon as I got this one. Now, after reading all the reviews, I realize that I can't use my own coffee with this machine. That's ridiculous!! My children gave me this as a Christmas gift, and spent a lot of money on it, and I know they thought we could use a coffee pod with it. For all the money they spent, there should be a pod that is compatible with this machine. I will not recommend this machine to anyone because of this missing feature. If this feature was available in other machines, it should be available in this machine as well. After reading all the reviews of disappointed customers I would think Keurig would reconsider making a coffee pod. I have seen your response, that you make so many different kinds of coffee available, but that does not satisfy this flaw.
Pros: Easy to clean, Easy to use, Brews quickly
Cons: Limited Features, Small Pot, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

Really Bad Product

I loved my old Keurig that finally died after a couple of years of use. This one is terrible. It clogs up after every four or five cups and you have to clean the needles and go through a rinsing process. The person that spent about 25 minutes trying to teach me how to do it also said that you have to perform the cleaning process after every cup of Cocoa. I am not sure how they screwed it up this bad, but it is truly terrible. I am boxing it up and returning it today.

Feeling misled

So disappointed with this machine. Definitely a downgrade instead of upgrade from my B70. Can't make a 12 oz. cup of coffee ,isn't hot enough, the carafe is worthless ,can't use the reusable filters. Cannot see why this was so much more expensive when it has less features. Will send back !

AFTER ONE WEEK..........IT DIED!

Received the K550 for Christmas 2014. Probably made 20 cups of coffee since purchased. This morning, 1/1/15, it just stopped working. Maybe 1/2 oz. of water would dispense but that's it. Did all the recommended troubleshooting (cleaning the k-cup holder, used a paper clip to clear out the two holes next to the needle, etc.) but nothing helped. Amazingly, someone answered when I called Keurig's help line on NY Day and they had me repeat the troubleshooting but the result was the same. Yes, I'm getting a new one shipped at no cost but how frustrating not to have something work only one week after buying it. I must say that when it did work it was a delight. Even if I had to brew it twice to get a decent sized coffee. Come on Keurig you're too good of a company to have all these problems and negative reviews. Get your act together because a lot of people would like to believe in your product.
