Love my personal barista at home and office. Got it as a gift and didn't realize what I was missing on. If only it had a heated bottom to keep the carafe warm for some time! Otherwise, love everything about it!

Don't like that you can't use any kcup, also don't like the hot water feature only gives 6 cups at a time. quicker to microwave. Do love the taste of the coffees & how Hot it is.

This is a great product , makes good coffee . However as stated above it is expensive to use . I wish I somehow could use my own coffee & just refill the cups that make a whole pot . I would use both I'm sure but for everyday use I would use my own coffee . I may bring back out my older Black & Decker for everyday use & just use this occasionally .

Can not live without my Keurig

We use if from making coffee, to iced drinks and hot water for tea. Really dislike the fact it only brews 6oz of hot water and you must hold the button down to make the hot water. Can't just walk away while it is brewing.
