Did not like the plastic carafe bought another one. Can't find basket so I can use my own coffee. Need more decaf and flavored in the carafe size.

Am not happy with this style I have the old model and like that one better I have both coffee makers on my counter top because not all pods fit in the new one very disapointed Kerigue needs to do more research before releasing new products

After having the first generation Keurig for over 8 years without a problem until this year, I was forced to purchase the 2.0. I am so utterly disappointed in this "upgrade." First, the largest one can make the coffee is a mere 10ounces. And your lucky to get that. Sure the first couple months ... yep 10ounces on the dot. Then slowly over the next couple months sporadic amount spew out, forcing me to double start the Keurig twice with the same coffee pod. If i return this, again, I will not be repurchasing the Keurig. The carafe is a joke. 4-5 cups ... max. Plus add to the fact that I enjoyed using a refillable pod, with my own freshly ground coffee (available in the 1st generation) but it was ENVIRONMENTALLY friendly. I feel UTTERLY GUILTY adding to landfills with that wasted plastic. If your a coffee drinker, your better off going with an actual coffee maker. The more i write ... the more i am convince to return this item and purchase a coffee maker that is consistent and environmentally friendly. Long time Keurgig user = disappointed no longer Keurig user!

Love the strong brew option! I just wish there was a favorites button. I brew my coffee the same every morning, and it would be nice if I could just hit one button and it would already be set.

This is a great system, although it lacks some features that could have been included easily in the firmware, such as being able to pick a cup size for hot water, instead of holding down the brew button for only 6oz. and being able to brew from your own grinds.

We bought this for all of the features; single serving with a pod, hot water only, and a carafe. Unfortunately the amount of water that comes out on the 4-5 cup setting varies from 1 cup to a full pot although usually only 1 cup. I've had great success with customer service trying to remedy the problem and we'll see how the next pot does in solving the problem. I'll say, "recommend to a friend" but only on the hope that this problem is getting fixed.
