Not sure how it will hold up over time, but I am very pleased so far. Much quieter than previous models I have owned. The issue of only using Keurig cups does not effect me since that is pretty much all I use anyway. If this proves to be durable it will be a five star product in my book.

You should advise customers that older /non Kuerig Brand K-cups will not work in this Brewer

We were always hesitant about getting a coffee maker as we figured it would be just another appliance sitting on the counter. The ease of use and the quality of the product is so good we wonder why we never got it earlier
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Easy to clean, Durable, Brews quickly

I absolutely hate this machine. Carafe is useless as it does not keep coffee warm for more than 5 minutes. Pods get wasted because the machine says oops even when it is a approved coffee pod. This happens more after you use the carafe pods. You have to fix the pod holder by hand. Returned first one as it stopped working after 2 days. Thought it was a fluke and it was not. This machine is horrible. I have owned a keurig since the first one came out and always loved it. Not anymore.
Cons: Limited Features, Coffee not hot enough, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Loud

I have owned three brewers and with the previous too I was very happy. This did not live up to the hype.

Cons: Not enough variety, Cannot Use Vue Cups, Limited Features

I use my brewer daily, two-three times a day. The only thing that I dislike is that there isn't a timer for regular sized cups of coffee.

I own this and one of the originals, to be honest I think I prefer the older model. I like to use the My Kcup filter and some generic pods. I prefer the larger brew sizes for travel mugs that my older model has and this one is messier.
Pros: Adjust Brew Strenght, Multiple Settings, Stylish
Cons: Size Of Cups, Long Brew Time, No My Kcup Filter For Pot, Loud, Splatters
