A good upgrade for me

I have been happy with this purchase so far. I like that I can brew a pot of coffee but would like more choices in the larger size. I do like that there are water filters. The only negative I have is that you have to use Keurig 2.0 k-cups - I knew this going in however you should be aware of it. I have only had to swap out one box of k-cups.
Pros: Consistent Every Time, Being Able To Brew A Pot, Multiple Settings, Reasonably Fast Warm Up, Easy to use
Cons: Must Use Keurig 20 Pods

Why can't I use non-Keurig packs in K-55

Doesn't let me use Maxwell House K-cups. This is very disappointing to me. My old one would let me use them. Other than that machine works perfectly

Wish I would have kept my old one

I used to use my old Keurig every day. I gave it away and wish I would have kept it. This new machine is horrible. It doesn't get as hot, I can only brew 10 oz at a time. I can only use Keurig brand coffee. The plastic pot looks cheap.

I love that I can brew a carafe ( which does 4 smaller 8 oz cups or 2 larger normal size coffee cups) and I love that you can chose STRONG or regular and there is a hot cocoa option too. I do not like the inability to use whatever Kcup I choose or a fill my own K cup without resorting to internet- learned trickery to fool the machine
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: Cannot Use Reusable K Cup, Cannot Use Many Kcups, Limited Features, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Small Pot
