The clock so it's ready at 4:30 am when I get up. Love all the different flavors and for my favorite flavor, love the carafe. I wish I had 2 of them, one in the office and one in my kitchen!

I like it because I can adjust the amount of coffee I want and also can have it stronger too which is a nice added feature. We use hot water for tea, cereal etc from it.

I love my Kuerig however I wish it would brew a larger cup than 10 ounces. I often like to take a travel mug so I have to brew twice to almost fill the mug. Other than that it's fantastic.

I use mine daily and numerous time throughout the day. If I need instant hot water. Ther is no filters to clean and I just remove the cup and toss it in the trash. Ready for my next cup.

I use this machine when I don't want a FULL pot of coffee, or for hot water. I am still having difficulties finding K cups that fit. in addition, it was advertised as cups being recyclable and they aren't. I have not found a refillable filter which is environmentally friendly. Debating if I should keep or return.

Love the product, it gets used frequently thru out the day . And only problem is the plastic ears on the water filter container break easily. Called customer service, whom by the way are knowledgeable and friendly and it is being replaced at no charge.

The only pit fall that I have with the new Keurig 2.0 is that you have to sit and hole it to get hot water for tea.
