i love my big cup....and i found that i am going through a brew cycle twice on a darker brew cup just to fill my 16 oz. cup...im sorry...i would recommend the older model

The K550 replaces the B40 we had for years. Love the bigger resevoir and multiple settings. Machine works great and looks terrific in the kitchen. Carafe is great when we have friends over for dinner.

i used to have the cuisinart single cup brewer and thought i was upgrading when i bought the 2.0 but i don't know if the water isn't hot enough or what but now my coffee has a funny taste to it like its weaker than it was before

I use this product everyday. I love the fact that I can have 2 different coffees in one day. I do have to say that even though the coffee is hot, it isn't hot enough for me, then again, boiling isn't hot enough for me. I am a Keurig fan, always will be.
