2.0 is absolutely no good!

We bought the 2.0 about two weeks ago, and had to return it because it was brewing extremely slow, not giving a consistent amount of coffee (We would have it set to brew 10 ounces, it would brew between 5 and 8 ounces, each time a different amount.), and making a horrible clicking noise, like it was struggling to brew. The customer service reps were very nice (I will say, that is the only plus in our experience), and they sent us a new Keurig. We set it up today, only to find out that the touch screen doesn't work! Plus, there's the fact that you HAVE to use Keurig approved coffee and tea, you can only get 6 ounces of water at a time, and it constantly cuts itself off (even when you have the energy saver off and the timer set to not cut off until 11 PM). Not to mention, it takes longer than past models to heat the water, and half of the options don't work/respond. So, two Keurigs in three weeks, both with a whole slew of issues. Don't waste your money... Go with an older model, if possible.

Quit after a Month!

The water pump quit working just after a month. I really was starting to like it. Very disappointed! I told friends how good it was. Now I'll have to tell them it doesn't last long. I hope Keurig finds a better pump.
Pros: Brews quickly
Cons: Doesn't Use Older K-cups, Pump Doesn't Last Long

On my second 2.0 and not happy

Ok so I am on my second 2.0 I only had the first one a week and then Keurig replaced it with another 500 series brewer. The problem is that when I try to set it to brew a carafe in the morning using the time it tells me "add more water please". The water level is at max. I did as the manual suggested and removed the tank washed it refilled it and still "add more water please" but without replacing the water I can brew a cup or a carafe without using the timer with no problem. I want my platinum machine back. Unfortunately I have already given it away. I would not buy this product and now I have about $70.00 of K-carafe pods that I can not use.
Pros: Easy to use, Easy to clean, Large Pot, Multiple Settings
Cons: Limited Features, Loud
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Brewer, buuuuutttttt.......

I bought the 2.0 Brewer just under a month ago and I love it. The only problem I have had so far...I can't use my refillable K-Cups in this brewer. I like to pick up some fresh-ground coffee from time to time, but the 2.0 does not support reusable K-Cups. I have not been able to find anything to use yet and 12, 16 and 18 packs of K-Cups tend to get a little spendy if that's all you use. Reusable K-Cup would be great and is the only thing holding me back from giving this a 5/5 rating.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Brews quickly, Easy to use
Cons: Limited Features

earlier models are much better

I have been a loyal Keurig fan for years, so when I saw this new model, I bought it because of its ability to brew a pot. Didn't know that I had to use keurig approved coffee. Travel mug will not fit under to brew directly into cup. Also, I thought there were more choices of brew size. I would not buy this again. Will stick w my old one.
Pros: Large water reservoir, Can Brew A Carrafe
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes To Brew, Restricted Coffees To Use, Wont Fit Travel Mug Under

Not my favorite

When my old loved Keurig died, I was excited to buy the new 2.0. I am more than disappointed. There are not enough choices for cup sizes. It seems the company is forcing me to but their more expensive K-cups, and it does not have the feature where you can add your own ground coffee. I don't like overall lack of choices and have pulled out my old drip brewer.
Pros: Brews quickly, Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: Limited Features, Overall Lack Of Choices

Very disappointed!!!

Don't buy this !!! To start with it's very expensive. I've experienced problems with this brewer from day 1. It only accepts certain Kcups. It is loud, very messy, and takes forever to preheat, The controls are also very complicated.
Cons: Splatters Coffee All Over, Long Preheat Time, HARD TO CLEAN, Loud, Won't Brew Older Kcups, Complicated Controls
