Best of both worlds

We brew individual cups Monday - Friday, then we brew a pot or two Saturday & Sunday. Our children and grandchildren enjoy the ease of use. My husband would like a larger pot. Love it, overall.

First off, I love coffee and was introduced to Keurig several years ago when my wife bought me my first machine. I wasn't sure how I felt about it until I made my first cup. I couldn_t' believe how fast it was and how good the coffee tasted. Fast forward a few years and I now have the new Keurig 2.0. While it has the features to make both a carafe and a cup of coffee, I find myself just making a cup at a time most often because of all the different flavors we have on hand. My favorite is the Starbucks and the Donut Shop flavors. You just have to try a new flavor or blend each time to see suites you best. I tend to drink coffee throughout the day and switch up the flavors based on what sounds good. Sometimes I even go for an iced coffee in the summer months. The biggest advantage that the 2.0 has over previous version is the speed. One button is all it takes and the coffee starts. It almost knows I am going to push it and the glorious coffee is dispensing! My only issue with the new 2.0 machine is that many of the flavors I use are not supported by the machine because they aren't made by green mountain or Keurig.

I've found in the last 5 years or so, that I have become increasingly sensitive to coffee/caffeine. Now I was the type of person who would brew freshly ground coffee by the pot full. I didn't need all that but would drink it, so as not to waste it. Well after trying one of the machines at a local garage and instantly new I wanted one and how beneficial it would be. Now I only brew what i want and need. The choices are excellent and i can only say great things about my K2.0 - 550 series.

Product is easy to use and quieter than previous Keurigs we've owned. It definitely has a slower cycle. I would have to use it for a few more weeks to change my mind on it one way or the other.
