The 3rd brewer is beeing ship by Keurig, good customer services, but bad design on the brewer itself. First and second one had to be replaced because clog repeatedly.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use, Brews quickly
Cons: Always Jam

Great Brewer, but requires Keurig Kcups

Love this Keurig coffee maker. The kids make their own hot chocolate after school and I can grab a coffee to go in the morning. However, it only takes Keurig 2.0 K-Cups which means I can't use my favorite brands in this machine.
Pros: Large Pot, Stylish, Easy to clean, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Brews quickly
Cons: Reqs Keurig Brand Kcups

I thought I loved it, but after less than one month it stopped working. We called the help line and found when using chai latte or hot chocolate it is prone to clogs and you need to run a clear cycle. After using once for coffee it has stopped working....again. Not happy. I'm back to using my older Keurig machine.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Stylish
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Clogs Up, Loud
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am disappointed with the Keurig 2.0. I have issues constantly with the carafe brewing system. I set it to brew 4-5 cups and it brews 1. I also am having troubles with the machine brewing just 1 cup of coffee. I set it for 10oz and it fills my cup 1/4 of the way and then stops. I thought for sure this would be awesome purchase, but so far I have just been disappointed.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Large Pot
Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Although it was a lovely idea , this brewer is NOT worth the money!!!!! The 10oz water/cup size isn't really 10oz ( I measured it on TWO machines ). 10oz a max choice of a cup is TOO small !! I have had TWO machines and they BOTH didn't work !!!!!
Cons: Didn't Work Returned 2x, Small Pot, Doesn't Give Correct 10oz
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It was impossible to locate and comprehend instructions for K-carafe settings. I called the helpline and they were clearly untrained in this matter. They tried using the booklet instructions and were as stymied as we. We have yet to obtain decent tech help and are forced to use K-cups rather than K-carafe cups. Also, inventory at stores in greater NY City area is spotty, at best.
Pros: Great Convenience, Multiple Settings, Easy to clean, Brews quickly, Easy to use
Cons: Carafe Instructions Awful, Loud

No competition with pods. Some of my favorites are not Keurig. I love the ability to make one cup at a time of really fresh coffee. I would recommend one of the earlier Keurig coffee makers.
Pros: A Large Enough Carafe, Holds Lots Of Water, Has A Big Caraffe
Cons: Not Hot Eough, Limited Features, Coffee Spills Out, Not Enough Sizes, Not hot enough, Only Keurig Coffee Pods, HARD TO CLEAN

Poor coffee taste from new system

We had great difficulty getting filter cap off and eventually broke one side of the snaps. As a result, the filter doesn't hook together very well. I don't know whether this problem is producing the bad taste or whether it is the plastic water resevoir.

The My K-Cup accessory and other reusable filters are not compatible with Keurig 2.0 Brewing Technology because the brewer has no way of determining what beverage is being used or how much coffee is being added, and therefore cannot adjust to factors such as brew strength and amount of water, which could represent a safety concern.
