The Keurig K550 2.0 Brewer is great. I can fix my favorite coffee and my husband can fix his. I love that I do not have to make a full pot. The ability to use the carafe is good for when my husband or someone that visits would like a cup also. There aren't as many flavors and brands available yet for this brewer, though. You also cannot use a lot of the kcups that the older models use. That is kind of dissappointing. I do like that it holds 80oz of water so that means filling it less often. The option of just getting hot water is great for when the kids want to make hot chocolate or I want hot tea! Overall I love my Keurig 2.0! I received this product free from Influenster for testing and review purposes.
Pros: Large Pot, Brews quickly, Easy to use, Durable, Stylish, Hot water only option, Easy to clean, Multiple Settings
Cons: Only Certain Kcups
I would recommend this to a friend!

We use our new 2.0 everyday. We are very happy with it. The only complaint is that we still have the K-cups without the logo and so we have our Older Keruig as well until the older K-cups are used up. We are very happy with the Keruig products overall. It was a great surprise when we were offered the new 2.0 before it went on the Market. Thank you Keruig.
Pros: Easy to clean, Easy to use, Stylish, Durable, Brews quickly, We Really Love Our New 2, Multiple Settings, Large Pot

Holiday entertaining with the Keurig 2.0

What I like: The ability to make a large "pot" of coffee for guests and or a smaller travel mug size when it is just myself. What could be improved: This machine has a down fall because it only uses BRAND Keurig KCups. I have no problem with that except they are not sold locally in my town. So purchasing them is a bit harder for me personally.
Pros: Large Pot, Easy to use, Durable, Easy to clean
Cons: Brand Kcups

Type Coffee Should be my choice

I still have the older Keurig at work. The new 2.0 is quick and easy, but it should be able to provide hotter water and higher ounce settings. I know Keurig brags about all the coffee selections (400 I believe), but they shouldn't assume they know what I like. That should be my choice. It's not all about getting a cheaper cup of coffee. Many of us grind our own coffee beans and even roast our own beans. I should be able to use those in this system as I have in all other brewing systems. I think this needs to go back so I can use my own ground coffee.
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish, Brews quickly
Cons: Loud, Limited Features, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

without the re-fillable pods this product doesn't make sense for a household that drinks 10 cups per day on average. i love that i can have a cup of decaf in the evenings without brewing the whole pot and making flavored coffees on an as needed basis is quite nice but for everyday use just doesn't make sense. not environmentally or economically. woudn't recommend it.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Decaf Cup In The Evening, Wo Brewing A Pot, Brews quickly
Cons: Not Eco Friendly-, Can't Use Re-fillable Pod, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Cost, Too Much Garbage
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed

This is our third 2.0 system. The first stopped working after two days. None of the three have kept the proper time or dispensed the selected quantity of coffee. To me, these are pretty basic functions that after all the years of making coffee makers you would think Keurig would figure out. Why Keurig does not use a clock that keeps the correct time is beyond me. We have owned five units none of which lasted more than one year. For the price of the units, you would think they would last.
Pros: Easy to clean, Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: Serving Size Is Wrong, Poor Quality, Clock Doesn't Keep Time
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
