Great coffee maker

Love the coffee selections and the ability to select cup size. Don't like that there is no off switch.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Brews quickly, Stylish
Cons: Hard To Set Up, Complicated Controls, No On Off Switch

Easy to use

It was time to replace my Keurig Platinum Brewer, so we chose the 2.0 K550. It is a sleek looking brewer and works very well, but I really miss the iced beverage option. It is loud when it brews, and spits a little bit. All in all I am happy with my purchase.
Pros: Easy to use, Brews quickly, Stylish
Cons: Loud, No iced beverage feature, Limited Features

Love the Big Carafe!

Love the big insulated carafe! I've been a Keurig fan since the beginning, and this new 2.0 version is great. The easy touch screen controls and programmable clock is really nice too :-)

In either carafe of the 2.0 the coffee does not stay hot for long. Dissappointed that you can only brew 6ounces of hot water. The dark grey machine is pretty ugly even with the light colors for the well.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Ugly Design, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Small Pot

This new Keurig is awesome...I love everything about it EXCEPT, once the brewer stops it will continue to drip for quite a long time...Its not a big deal because the drip tray catches it..just seems to be a waste. Other wise, I love this new Keurig...wish the carafe was insulated but I see you can buy them now.

We use our 2.0 K550 everyday. I love that I can make one cup or a pot of coffee. I didn't need a new Keurig but when I saw the K550, I had to have it. I like the fact you can choose your cup size and choose to have your coffee stronger. It's a time saver for me. After buying the K550, I put my other Keurig in my camper so I am almost never without it.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Durable, Easy to use, Stylish, Easy to clean
Cons: Long Brew Time

Have used Keurig brewers for ten years. They are very handy for a quick cup of good coffee. The 550 system gives the added advantage of a built in water filter and the ability to brew up to 5 cups of coffee at one time. very nice when friends are over.

Cons: Not All Kcups Can Be Used
