We have been Keurig fans for several years prior to receiving the 2.0. I had some challenges getting it set up but the customer service people were very helpful. I do miss the temperature control and I wish it brewed larger than a 10oz cup. I also wish that we could set the 10 oz as the default size since that is the one we use all the time. The 2.0 is sharp looking. The large reservoir is a plus. We LOVE the taste of Keurig coffee so we do not mind being limited to the 100's of Keurig varieties. I wish the carafe that came with it was insulated, like the replacement one you can buy for $29.99. I cannot imagine being without a keurig coffee brewer for our coffee enjoyment. Thank you for sending me the newest version!

I LOVE MY 2.0!!

We received our Keurig K550 2.0 free from Keurig for being loyal customers about a month before they came out in stores and I ABSOLUTELY love it. My husband and I both use the 2.0 many times throughout the day. We use the pot in the morning having coffee together and then when company comes over. It is fantastic to have the availability to brew a full pot, than to have to stand and brew multiple times while others are chatting. My only complaint is that it is a bit louder than my previous keurig, but that is nothing.
Pros: Easy to use, Brews quickly, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Large Pot
Cons: Loud

Love the 2.0

I received the Keurig 2.0 as a complimentary gift from Keurig for being a loyal customer. I had the older version and always ordered my supplies from them. As would be expected from them this product is great. The only thing I would improve upon is the filter holder. It is not as durable as the one on the older version. Thank you Keurig for this wonderful surprise. I was indeed taken aback when UPS showed up with this. Helene Komoda

I had two boxes of coffee from previous orders that wouldn't work in the new brewer and was offered one replacement. Now I find my significant other has two boxes of tea on the shelf that won't work. I've already given away the two boxes of coffee. Now what do I do>

Love Keurig period!

Use my Keurig everyday. I would love to try the carafe but I did not receive any sample packs when I received my new Keurig (?!) I have been unable to find the type of coffee I prefer (dark roast) where I shop. I understand the need for Keurig to make the pot only brew their branded coffee, but I have some items that I purchased thru their website that I can't use because they do not have the white ring or "the dot", this was a bummer!

Good coffee maker

I received this product as a gift from Keurig. I am very pleased with the product. Have only used the cup brewer so far. Wish there was a way to change the default cup size to 10 oz instead of 8. I would rate it a 8 out of 10.

Solid build but lacks temperature adjust

I have had several old Keurig 1.0 models, the Vue 700 and now Keurig 550 2.0. The 550 is solid and quiet. I like the "virtual" on-off switch. The real button switch on my Vue would often get stuck. The one thing I liked about the Vue 700 was that the temperature was adjustable. With the default brew temp at about 194 degrees (for K cups) on the new 2.0 Keurigs, the coffee is noticeably cooler than when when made with the Vue set to 197. According to multiple sources the ideal brewing temp is between 197 and 200 degrees. Too bad the 550 cannot be adjusted to the 197 temp used for the larger carafe size.
