Pleased with this coffee maker

I received this machine as a replacement for the Vue. The customer service at Keurig was exceptional. I am pleased to be able to get coffee pods anywhere now. I like the appearance of this machine and it's function. It is very quiet and fast. The only drawback is the limited cup size of 8 or 10 ounces. I also don't see the carafe option as beneficial for me.
Pros: Brews quickly, Large water tank, Coffee Pods Easy To Find
Cons: Want More Cup Sizes

My number one complaint would be that the hot water is inconsistent for the first cup then it goes to the 6 ounces for the following cups secondly the pot is plastic it doesn't hold the heat well when making more than one cup I love the modern computerized design and the improvement in flavor overall i am very grateful for the opportunity to try the new design Thanx Keurig It is the first time i have ever gotten such a beautiful gift

I received my Keurig in the mail free and find it a great improvement over the regular Keurig. The carafe feature is a very ingenious feature. Hopefully, in the future there will be an 8 cup carafe feature.

We are a 2 Keurig Family

I was excited to get my new K.2 Brewer. We discovered quickly that it would not brew some of our older K-Cups even though they were purchased from Keurig directly. We are now a 2 brewer family because we did not want to waste the older K-Cups. The K.2 is awesome but I feel it should have taken into consideration the older cups for brewing purposes as they all have the Keurig logo on them

Got this free from Keurig. Had to wait until we got the proper Kcups to use it. It has a lot of features and takes awhile to get used to programming the machine. Still not sure if we are doing it all correctly. But the real bottom of the line is that it does brew a better cup of coffee and tea. Will brew into a number of sized containers. It is quieter, seems quicker, and looks nice on the counter with its pretty light. We do like it.

I was very excited to receive the Keurig 2.0 from Keurig as a gift. I have had a keurig for years and purchased one for my sister and brother-in-law and we say all the time it is the gift that keeps on giving it is wonderful and see no reason why the 2.0 won't function as well. The fact that I can make a pot if I want when I have company is a great feature. Thank you Keurig for a graet coffee maker.

Good, but could be better

NOTE: I received the product for free from Influenter.com to review. I was hoping for the Keurig to be a little more high tech than it currently was. I do like that you can get hot water (though you get very little of it at a time), there is a LED light on the machine and touch screen so you can use the machine early in the morning (just in case you don't want to turn on too many kitchen lights), and that it can brew either a single serving or a whole carafe. The only issue I did find was that there were K-cups of brands my husband and I love, but they were not official Keurig cups. So, we're limited currently to brands we can use with this Keurig machine. Overall, I like it, and I definitely am using the Keurig a lot more than we normally do.

K-550 2.0 is quick and easy and, when needed, can brew for multiple people at once with K-Carafe. Only disappointment is can't use own ground coffee (yet — still working on a way around this). Hot or over ice, Keurig is the way to go in our house.
