Awesome Brewer !!

Great brewer. Brews a great cup of coffee very fast and very quietly. Especially like the "strong" brew option. My only complaint would be that I wish it brewed just a bit hotter. But still a great cup or pot of coffee. Highly recommended for the new Keurig user or if you are thinking of upgrading to this brewer as I did.
Pros: Brews quickly, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Large Pot, Stylish

Kuerig rocks. Unsure how I was lucky enough to receive this machine for FREE! Watch your email people this one was real. The machine came within three weeks of the email to me. I didn't believe it until it showed up. The only complaint I have is the auto settings when you put a pod in. My previous machine let us choose the size and we are coffee drinkers with big cups so 14 oz is the way to go. I have to brew twice to get 14 oz with this machine. Other than that It is perfect and we love the new machine. Thanks Kuerig..

I love my Keurig more and more with every use, and every season. The coffee selection and speed of delivery is exceptional. It's great to have so many varieties of hot and cold beverages. Don't ever change Michele Bartlett

Fewer cup size options

Platinum system owner. While the 2.0 added the carafe, it removed the option to brew a standard k-cup at the 12 oz size. Customer service is tops, but this new 2.0 misses the mark for me.

Won't brew other brands of K-cup

We had a Platinum Keurig for a few years and love it. We love it so much we wanted a second machine for clients at work. We bought the 2.0 believing the newest machine would be the best! We were very surprised and disappointed to discover that the 2.0 brewer won't brew k-cups that do not have the Keurig brewed logo on them. We have over 100 k-cups that we can't use with this machine. Today, it failed to brew a cup that did have the symbol. It may be too high-tech for coffee.

Cons: Won't Brew Other Brands

Little adaptation required

I have found very little to dislike with my new brewer. It matches the performance of my K75 very closely. I do miss a 12 oz. setting option. I am certainly not sorry I made the change and in the process I was able to pass on the Keurig experience to my son. He now has my K75 and is enjoying the convienient coffee brewing exoerience too. There are new sounds to get used to, in the brewing process, but no big deal

Cons: Loud

We loved our old brewer but my husband tells me at least once a week he wishes he had the old style. I thought I was improving but alas...we're just not happy. It drips and drips and drips after the coffee brews...
