Like the new design but coffee is not as hot and you have multiply settings for the carafe and not for single cups which brings the point to why you would need a carafe. Need more controls for single cup to make it the best coffee machine ever!!!!!

Cons: Can't Regulate Temperatur, Not Enough Cups Sizes, Carafe Not Necessarty, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

The complaints about only using Kerig Kups is almost funny. By using genuine products you are assured quality. Did any of the individuals complaining ever buy a Apple product. They are very proprietary manufactur. Evemtually they may come out with a optional accessory for other coffee but I can wait and know what I am getting from Kruig.
Pros: Brews quickly, Stylish, Large Pot, Multiple Settings, Durable, Easy to clean, Easy to use

We received from Kerug the Kerug 2.0 coffee maker as a gift for being a valued/heavy user customer. Really like the upfront control for turning it off and on. Also find the automatic shutoff very useful. I would like to have a 12oz setting for the larger cups and travel mugs.

I was blessed to get this as a gift from Keurig. I already had two, The VUE and a regular one (I have given them away after receiving the 2.0) I love that I can use all three sizes in this machine. I prefer the size cups from the VUE, but the flavors from KCUPS, looking forward to more flavors for the VUE and carafe!

Love this machine. I like that the cup size and strength is adjustable. The Kraft pot doesn't keep the coffee warm very long. The only issue so far is the auto on timer doesn't turn on the unit. The auto on does work with the Kraft mode.

First, my experience with customer service has always been excellent. This was a replacement to my Platinum brewer that did not last even 2 years. I dislike the fact they force you into using their coffee pods. The hot water function is ridiculous where you have to hold the button to dispense only 6 oz, and usually I don't even get 6 oz I have to lift the handle and reset multiple times. We are hot tea drinkers as well so the hot water function is used often with great annoyance. When using a pod and selecting "strong" it seems like it may never get finished brewing the cup and it is usually luke warm at best and very loud like it is having difficulty pushing the water through.. The thermal pot brews really fast however the pot does not keep it warm at all. If you sit and drink a cup and go back 30 minutes later for another it is cold. I think they pushed this out in a hurry to get back the k cup business. Really disappointing considering how much I loved my Platinum, but the water pump wen out on it.

using kcup seemed fine, using carafe seemed fine, tried to get just hot water no luck. couldn't figure out how to get filter in the water container, reading and rereading directions. Very, Very disappointed. I have a keurig k cup, it is great.
