Excellant if you like ringer washers

The only negatives are brewer sounds like an old ringer washing machine when it brews and secondly for the 10 oz. cup setting you constantly have to manually set this cup size every cup you brew.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use, Brews quickly
Cons: Loud

Nice brewer,but could be better

I usually drink one or two cups per day, more when I have company.The carafe is handy for company,but could be bigger, and could keep coffee hotter longer.The features I don't like are, it will not take a my k-cup, so you have to buy the pods.The second reason why I don't like it is, you have to buy coffee with the marked lids, you can not use off brands or generics because the coffee maker has to read a marked lid.You can still get a good cup of coffee,as usual, from Keurig, just not helpful to people trying to save money.My Keurig was a gift from the company, and I do appreciate peoples kindness. Thanks

Love the 2.0 550 except I would like the coffee to be hotter when a cup brewed as well as when in the Carafe. Also, I had quiet-brewed technology in my past Keurigs and this machine is loud.
Pros: Large Pot, Brews quickly, Cup Or Carafe, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Fast, Stylish
Cons: Loud, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Coffee In Carafe Cold

I like this machine! I like the carafe idea. The plastic one that comes with the unit doesn't keep the coffee hot very long. The stainless steel is better, but not great. What I would like to see is a carafe that keeps the coffee warmer longer and one that is larger. (The present carafe holds basically two cups. Also, I don't have the 12oz. cup option. This is the one I used with my old brewer.

Second time is even better

This product is used daily but especially once a week when 20 women gather for a breakfast Bible Study. The ladies head straight to the coffee maker and enjoy waking up with their choice of coffee. It is easy for a wide variety of ladies to use.

Replaced My Keurig Platinum

This brewer takes longer to make a cup than my previous Keurig. The drain assembly/stand doesn't stay in place very well. The cover of the water reservoir is kind of funky and will fall into the reservoir if it isn't placed properly. I hope this brewer is an improvement with regard to plugging up as that was a problem with my old brewer.

Throw Away Your Old Coffee...

I have a lot of coffee. We also have many boxes of coffee that are non-Keurig brand that we enjoy drinking. Without hacking the brewer, the 2.0 won't brew any of them.
Pros: Brews quickly, Easy to use
Cons: Can't Brew Non-pod Coffee, Can't Brew Non-keurig Pod, Can't Brew Older Pods
