This machine is an art of beauty. I must say Keurig, you out did yourselves when you created the Keurig 2.0. That's what its all about, reinventing your brand and making it better than before. I love it.
I love the new Keurig 2.0, specifically for the carafe you can use to brew pots. The coffee turns out great! My only complaint is not being able to use unbranded K-Cups.
Pros: Hot Water On Demand, Can Brew Pots, Has Brewing Timer
Cons: Can't Use Unbranded K-cup

Some Hits, Some Misses

I had the model before the Keurig 2.0, and honestly? There are several things about the older one that I like better. First and foremost, this Keurig does not take non-Keurig brand K Cups. You'd be surprised how many K Cups out there (including EcoBrews) are not regulated by Keurig - therefore, you can't use them. In addition, I like making tea regularly - on this Keurig, you have to hold down the button the full time to dispense hot water, instead of simply pressing the button once on the older models. I love the touch screen and the ability to make a strong brew on the Keurig 2.0. It is a very attractive machine, and has several features that its predecessors do not. However, in some ways, it's a little "too" technologically advanced. Research whether or not it works for you before buying. *I received this machine free from Keurig for testing and review purposes.

More Pros than Cons for sure

I use the machine daily, mostly without the carafe. I adore all the options/features on this machine. A whole carafe, a small cup, colors on the screen and lights, adjusting the strength of the coffee, selecting a timer, etc. I also like the touch screen, sleek design, and larger water tank. It's a lovely machine. However, the carafe that came with the machine isn't insulated very well and the coffee gets cold fairly quickly. That's one of the main reasons we've continued to use the single cup feature. Also, the whole "only uses Keurig k-cups thing' is kinda limiting to some degree. I get that these are your machines, but it's put me out on more than one occassion. I'm going to have to hook up my old machine in order to use the box of coffee I just bought. I've also heard that the refillable cups won't work in the new machine either. That's a bummer. I like all the choices in k-cups, but if I find some really nice beans to grind. . .then what? Overall, y'all have made some lovely changes and upgrades to the machine but I'm not sure all of them are going to be selling points for everyone.
Pros: Adjustable Strength, Carafe, Large tank, Sleek design, Timer, Water filter, Customizable, Variety Of Sizes, Touch Screen
Cons: No Insulation In Carafe, Keurig Cups Only

I really enjoy the Keurig 2.0 - I upgraded from an older model. I love the sleekness of the design and the fact that you can brew a Karafe of coffee. My 2 complaints: this brewer does not brew coffee grounds and my older k-cups no longer work on this model.
I was given the Keurig 2.0 as part of the latest Influenster campaign. This is by FAR the best product I've ever received as part of their campaigns. My husband and I absolutely love this machine. It's got a sleek, modern design (better than our old Keurig) and it's so easy and convenient. The option to brew a whole pot makes this the perfect machine. We are hooked!
Pros: Modern Design, Easy to use, More Options

For the price, I beleive it should come with a stainless steel carafe. The plastic one loses heat way too fast. You also can not use your own bagged coffee with a my Kcup. Hopfully they make a my Kcup to go with it soon. Other than those two things, I love it!
