Great upgrade to the Keurig

The Keurig 2.0 is a great upgrade from the original. My finance and I wasted so many K-Cups in the past because we simply couldn't make more than a cup of coffee at a time. Thanks to the addition of the carafe, we can now save on K-cups and enjoy coffee together. I will say it is a bit slow to churn out water, but it's a great machine otherwise.
Pros: Pleasing Roast, Pleasing Aroma

I love the Keurig 2.0. It is such a great improvement from the other keurigs in my opinion. It is very high tech and modern. I would recommend to friends, family, etc.
Pros: Pleasing Aroma, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Smooth Taste
Cons: Not Enough Flavor

Coffee the Right Way EVERYTIME!

I have owned the Platinum Keurig for about 2 years and loved it. I did notice that some of the k-cups flavors were a little bitter and required more creamer for me to drink them. After using the Keurig 2.0 with the same k-cup flavor from the same pack I noticed that bitter taste was not there anymore. I have now had the Keurig 2.0 for about 3 weeks and have used both single cup servings and the carafe. I can honestly save I love the Keurig 2.0 better then my older one. The coffee is smoother and taste better. One of my favorite features is the hot water. My daughter loves to use the hot water feature to make oatmeal in the morning as well as to make her hot chocolate packets. Another great feature is that you can use regular k-cups, the new carafe cups, and the Vue cups. All in all I am very happy with the new Keurig 2.0 and I would highly suggest it to others as well as give as a gift.

Cons: Needs Larger Serving Size

Easy mornings for busy moms

I'm up early in the morning after nursing our son, he goes back to sleep and my coffee is already brewing. I have a cup. I work for almost two hours before my husband and kids get up, I get her ready and off to school with the baby in tow and hubby leaves with his coffee in hand. I come back and while the baby naps, I enjoy another cup. Before I use to have to sit in the kitchen refilling pods, water and making each individual cup so the carafe is a life saver as is the timer. I will say, I wish there was a warmer but the lack of one prevents there from being a burnt taste so give or take.

Not my cup of tea (ha)

I received the Keurig 2.0 from the wonderful people at Influenster.com. I have previously owned a Keurig but got rid of it because of the cost and because I wasn't thrilled with the taste. Between the two, I much prefer the 2.0 because of the carafe, the "strong" feature for brewing, and the overall look. I can't deny the efficiency of the machine, so easy to use and clean up is a dream. I also love the functionality of the carafe and how clean the pour is. The thing I can't get over is that my coffee is not so much being brewed as it is being pushed through a little plastic cup in a matter of seconds. Again, I can't deny the efficiency, but I can deny that the taste matches that of freshly ground beans. However, if you are not an avid coffee purist, and don't care that the K-Cups are non-recyclable, and don't mind spending five times what you would on a bag of traditional coffee, this upgraded version of the traditional Keurig was made for you.
Pros: Smooth Taste, Pleasing Aroma, Not Bitter
Cons: Roasted Too Light, Unbalanced Or Sharp Acidity, Thin Or Watery Mouthfeel/Body

Can we say AMAZING?!?!

I have owned a Keurig for quite sometime, however, I always wondered if they would make a machine that could brew a pot of coffee. Apparently, they have heard my silent request with the Keurig 2.0... I am IN LOVE!!! Now I can make 1 cup of coffee for myself OR a whole pot for the family.

This new Keurig is great!! As I was reading other reviews the only major thing that stuck out out for me that others didnt like was that older Kcups dont work on the new brewing system. Thats not a major problem for me because I still have my older model Keurig and I can still use those cups with that machine. For those that have never had a Keurig it shouldnt be a problem. I love that I can brew an entire pot(carafe) of coffee so that I can come back for more on those dreadful Mondays. If they made tea carafe cups to brew it would be all around perfect!
Pros: Balanced Acidity, Smooth Taste
Cons: Old Kcups Not Supported
