I purchased this machine after my original Keurig died. I like this originally, but after a few months the machine needed to be cleaned constantly. It comes with a special device for cleaning so I'm guessing the designers knew this would be a problem. The problem is, when it needs to be cleaned, the machine keeps running until all of the water is dispensed from the reservoir. Now, not only do you have to clean the machine, but also your kitchen counter. It's just not worth it to me to have to worry about this. I went out and bought a different machine from another manufacturer. I will still buy my coffee from Keurig, just no more brewers.
Pros: Stylish, Brews quickly, Multiple Settings
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

I recently complained in a review about this Brewer. The coffee and tea that I brewed did not come out hot enough and resulted in an unsatisfactory beverage. Keurig replaced my brewer and I must say there is a positive difference. The brewer was obviously not working up to par and the replacement Keurig is functioning as I expect a Keurig product to. The replacement process was an easy and convenient one. Thank you Keurig for your excellent customer care and prompt resolve to my problem.
Pros: Brews quickly, Easy to use, Large Pot, Stylish
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Limited Features

I just tried out the keurig 2.0 and I love it! My fav is the donut shop coffee so far! Perfect for early mornings or on the go. Its fast and simple!

One pot is better than two!

I just got rid of my old Keurig (for single cups) and my old coffee maker (for pots) and replaced it with this beautiful new machine. Gorgeous design, sleek, easy to maneuver touch screen. Great coffee and carafes!! I received this kefir for free for testing purposes through influenster for the hellokeurig promotion!
Pros: Smooth Taste, Balanced Acidity, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Pleasing Roast, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Not Bitter, Pleasing Aroma

Awesome machine, but lots of cons!

When I found out I was selected to receive this machine free via Influenster for the #HelloKeurig campaign, I was ecstatic! I am a proud owner of a Keurig and love how it brews a hot cup of life for me every morning. The coolest feature on this new machine was the carafe. I loved the idea of being able to brew more than one cup of coffee at a time when company is over. We currently have a traditional coffee pot in addition to our Keurig, so I had dreams of gaining back some counter space when we received the new 2.0 - unfortunately that's just not going to happen since the 2.0 doesn't support all k-cups and we have boxes of cups that can't be brewed in this new machine. I also realized I can't use my reusable pod, so now I wouldn't be able to enjoy the specialty coffees that we love, but aren't in k-cup form. Despite these drawbacks, the Keurig 2.0 is very sleek, boosts some awesome features like an auto-timer (for the carafe only), a large water reservoir and a nightlight. I really wish this machine could brew the K-cups I already have and was compatible with the reusable pods. This is a major design flaw to me.

HELLO Next Generation Keurig!

I use this product every morning and whenever else I would like a cup of coffee. The Keurig has so may great features about it like, it makes more than one cup of coffee when you have company over or when everyone wants the same kind of coffee. The touchscreen is also a great touch to it, especially the customization of each cup of coffee you brew to your liking. I have really enjoyed my Keurig and would recommend everyone to get the new version. I received this product free from Influenster for testing and review purposes.

Disappointed I cannot use previous Burst k-cups. My kids enjoy those favored drinks. Also, unable to use the grey plastic k-cup. I would have hoped new 2.0 version would be standardized with existing design that works really well already. Too bad, missed opportunity here. Should not the filter system be included? This concern indicates to me customer feedback is needed in your future design programs. Regards, Timothy Everett

K550 Brewing system

Great things about the Brewer: Attractive, easy to use, larger water reservoir, Quite operation, night light feature, Faster brewing time, Larger clock, Programmable times for energy savings, start and stop times for brewing. Items that should be changed: Remove the 4 OZ brewing size and add a 12 OZ brewing size for K-cups currently only goes up to 10 Z for K-cups, Cannot use your own coffee blends need to create an adapter to allow the brewing of your own coffee brand rather than not allowing this at all.
Pros: Attractive Mouthfeel/Body
