This is my third Keurig machine, and it's been excellent... Right up to when the warranty died (which is what is preventing me from giving it a 5 star rating). As soon as the warranty expired, I started having problems with brew sized on the K-Kups, but K-Mug and K-Karaffe brewed just fine (i.e. 10oz gave 8oz, etc.). Fortunately, Keurig is replacing the machine free of charge, even after the warranty expired. I'm assuming it is a flaw in my particular machine, and not a design or engineering flaw since none of my other machines have ever given me any of these problems. All other respects of the machine, I love and their customer service has made me a loyal customer from here on out.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Large Pot, Easy to clean, Brews quickly, Easy to use
Cons: Brew Size Problems

I drink a 20oz cup of coffee in the morning and a 20oz cup in the evening and more if it is really cold outside. I am very satisfied with this new Keurig. I have been a customer for many years, love the design and my coffee always taste great!! One thing I would recommend is that it needs a base for large cups so that when it drips after removing my cup it is not on the counter top. The last Keurig I had still had a base after taking the removable tray out this one does not. Other than that one thing I am a very satisfied customer!

Wish I could have my old one back I had it for 8 yrs and it was realiable, this one doesn't make coffee when I push the button, it clogs all the time and yet I am using the Keurig Kcups that is required, it only brews to 10 oz I like 16 oz, the reservoir says to add water and yet the reservoir is full, the noise when it tries to brew is loud, and it takes to long, my old Keurig was the best, please bring it back Keurig, please!!!! I am returning and not buying and using my single cup Keurig it works great!!!!

I am on record the second day we bought the 2.0, Customer service convinced us to keep it and evaluate it longer. I am trashing the 2.0, ( free for anyone) and replacing it with the older model

I use my 2.0 550 everyday and night. 4 to 6 cups a day between us. I Love the easy of use and it's less hassle and mess of my old coffee pot. I loved it so much my mom bought her one and she loves it too. However, I KNOW there are some hidden settings I have gained access to by "hacking" the software and it gives me the ability to select 12oz for my k-cup which makes it perfect ! I had heard these settings are for "view cup" but make it available for all to use please. Dont limit your full features to the consumers. The settings are already there let us use them for all k-cups. I bet you while find more people buying your products if you did. People need the ability to select how many oz from what ever they choose not a pre-set amount. I like 120z cup and my husband likes a 10oz. Heat setting options would be nice, I know to set it for a higher altitude to achive a little hotter cup of coffee.

I purchased this brewer as a gift for my wife at Christmas to replace the older Keurig she had. What a mistake . The 550 model has some serious design flaws every time we try to brew a cup of coffee the brewer malfunctions and coffee grinds come out of the top of the Kcup and down in to our coffee mugs. I have called Keurig and explained the issue and they have been great about sending out two replacements but each one does the same thing . Our older Keurig worked perfectly for several years and really the only reason I purchased the 550 was the Carafe feature which is the only thing that has worked with no issues. I think Keurig knows this brewer is having several of problems right out of the box but they continue to let customers pay for a malfunctioning appliance which is sad to say the least. If your looking to purchase a brewer that can produce a cup of coffee I urge you to look elsewhere unless you're willing to accept ongoing unresolved issues. Thoroughly unimpressed .

Bought one and took it back order one online, the older style that I liked. When it quits working if I can't get another one, I will go to a different brand or back to perked coffee. I refuse to use one of these with their proprietary Kcup ONLY limitation. You guys shot yourself in the foot with that feature.
