I have had it for a few days now and have used it twice a day. I really enjoy the fact you can make large pots or a single cup come one machine. The designs, colors and compact machine can be for an office or at home. The price point is pretty good and I would buy it or give as a gift. Still more reviewing to do but so far this is a good product and well made. Disclaimer: received this product free from Influenster for testing and review purposes.
Pros: Pleasing Aroma, Great Design, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Quick
Cons: Doesnt Work With Old Cups

I see many reviews about some k-cups not working with this new system. I only discovered this last night while trying a Folger's K-Cup. Prior to that, each K-Cup I've tried (various Starbucks K-Cups, Green Mountain...) has been fine. While I can see how this is annoying, it doesn't bother me. That out of the way, I love this brewing system. I received it for a blog review (not paid, nor would getting it for free influence my honest thoughts on this system), and I am very pleased. We tested it out for a day (Love that you can customize the wallpaper...necessary? No. Fun? Yes.), then packed it up in the box to bring along on vacation. I love the carafe option now. Very convenient for a beach house of people. We brewed a carafe, and when that was done, if we wanted more, we brewed single cups. I like that this system is very customizable and convenient. I really don't have a single complaint about it at this time.
Pros: Fast, Improved, Customizable

I love how convenient the 2.0 is - single cup use for on the go, but the option to have multiple cups with the carafe. I've been using the 2.0 for single cup and carafe purposes depending on my work week. If I'm running late, I'll simply brew a single cup. The touch screen is a great feature to have as it leads you step by step through the brew process. I have two cons specifically about the new system: 1) the carafe is plastic. I made several brews and noticed a metallic/ bitter flavor. I've never noticed this with my coffee maker with a glass or stainless steel carafe. 2) the K-cups for the carafe are larger and only 8 fit in a box. If I'm drinking coffee every morning, that means I would have to buy a new pack every week. I'm hoping there will be options online to buy a larger quantity of k-cups for a better price. I don't like the idea of having to buy coffee every single week.
I love this brewer! The ability to brew a carafe but still choose a single pod is amazing. The only thing that was a bit of a hiccup was the way it rejects certain kcups, even if they are keurig branded. Once I realized that I immediately restocked my collection of kcups and have been loving it since!
I received this as a gift #HelloKeurig! #Influenster It's the best! I got the 550, that has all the bells and whistles that you can think of. Each morning when I wake up, it's still dark outside. Something as little as the glowing "night light" in the water compartment made me know they put there best features into this one. Yes, you can only use the Keurig brand k cups. But that's fine with me. That's all I use anyway. I really enjoy the free gift you get when you register your brewer. Buy 2 get 2. I'm getting flavors I usually wouldn't buy in the store. That's a nice extra. This is also great for my kids. They love the "Snapple" flavors they have out now. The only con would be the pan at the bottom. I have a very large plastic cup that I put under the k cup so I need to move the pan, and each time it slips off. Not a big deal really. It's not a silent maker, you can hear when your coffee is ready, not only by sound, but smell. This is truly the best coffee maker I have ever had, I named it Zeus.
Pros: Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Balanced Acidity, Pleasing Roast, Not Bitter, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Pleasing Aroma, Smooth Taste, My Size
Cons: The Pan Falls Off Easy

We like the ease of the setting up and the versatility. It is very attractive. We cannot find anything to say bad about it. Read your booklet that comes with it. If some had done that they would not be complaining.
Disclosure: I received this product free from Influenster for testing and review purposes. I am totally new to the Keurig brewers, this is the first one I've ever had. But I already in love the Keurig 2.0. I received a variety of k-carafe coffees and k-cups with it and my family and I have pretty much already used most of them in only 3 days. ha-ha. It is really cool how you can make one cup of coffee or a carafe. Very easy to use and took no time at all to set it up. I just ordered some more coffee for it online and can't wait until I receive it. Thanks I love it so far!
Pros: Attractive Mouthfeel/Body

This replaced the mini Keurig on my desk at work and my co-workers are very excited to share it with me. It's simple to use and I love that if I'm feel like I need more than one cup, I have that ability to brew more.
