I received a new Keurig 2.0 from Influenster and we were so excited. We have had a Keurig Vue for about 2 years that we love. Very excited to get a Keurig that makes a big pot! It works well and is very user friendly.

Excellent Brewer, Only a Few Requests

I received the Keurig 2.0 K550 through the Influenster review program and was truly excited as I've wanted a Keurig for ages but still wanted to be able to brew carafes for when I had guests. The 2.0 solves that dilemma handily! I love all the options and functions that the K550 offers, even the small touches like the optional colored tank light to match my kitchen decor. The brewing process is simple and straight-forward and I appreciate the number of different brands and flavors available in K-Cups, especially the decaf options. The initial pre-heating period was far longer than the 3 minutes the guide stated it would be (more like 15), but the subsequent pre-heat cycles before each new brew have been mere moments. I was a little disappointed that the samples that shipped with the brewer were all caffeinated: I have to limit my caffeine intake for medical reasons but still enjoy coffees and teas. At least one decaf sample pod in each size would have been appreciated, though I'd looked up the box contents and picked up some decaf pods before my brewer arrived so I wouldn't have to wait to try it out. All the same, having the "leaded" options will be great for when I have company as most of my friends are not decaf drinkers. Finally, I was a bit disappointed that the 2.0 brewers will not work with the refillable pods that are currently on the market. While I understand the quality control issues this ensures, as well as the business-side/market share implications, from a limited waste point of view it's not very savvy. Also, for consumers who would like to support local beaneries or tea shops that might not have the volume to produce K-Cups, this presents a problem for the conscientious consumer. It would be fabulous if Keurig would come up with their own, branded and readable by the 2.0 system, refillable pod and I would happily purchase such an add-on if and when it becomes available. As a first-time Keurig user I am nonetheless pleased with the brewer and look forward to using it for my evening cups of tea as well as my morning cups of coffee. The holidays will be improved by the carafe feature for group-serving while still affording me the option of my own single decaf servings without wasting a pot. The large water reservoir takes half the hassle out of single-cup brewing and that, alone, is a major plus!

A great coffee brewer!

I received this product (Keurig 2.0 K550) for free from Influenster to test it and write a review for it. I have never owned a Keurig so it was a pleasant surprise for me to receive this. It is a great coffee brewer and is perfect for me and my grandma as we prefer different types of coffees and the Keurig has all sorts of flavors for it! We love the carafe that is a feature of the new Keurig so we can brew larger amounts of coffee when needed! The only thing that me and my grandma wish was that we could get a My K-Kup for it so she can brew her regular coffee.

LOVE the Keurig 2.0!

My husband typically gets up before me, and with a typical coffee pot, by the time I got to the coffee a few hours later it was either cold or stale. With the Keurig, we both get a fresh cup, quickly! The machine is so easy to navigate that my 3 year old can do it, and loves to help make my coffee in the morning! I love the versatility of the 2.0 in making a full pot which will be nice when entertaining and we need a full pot of coffee. That was the only thing I had missed about a traditional coffee pot when I had the K45, but thankfully Keurig has solved the problem. I received the Keurig 2.0 from influenster.com for reviewing purposes.

This Keurig machine is full of excitement! It is the best one that I have tried using for several reasons. I really love the fact that it has a water filter included, because the other ones that I have used did not come with one. It is important that the water I am drinking is clean! The sleek design of this machine is incredible! I really love that you can use the K-Cup single cup packs and the K-Carafe up to 4 cups packs with it! There are over 250 variety packs to use with this machine, which simply amazes me! I love Coffee, but I also enjoy drinking a variety of teas too. I highly recommend this to anyone that is thinking about purchasing this machine, it is the greatest! I received this product for free from Influenster for honest testing and review purposes. All opinions and thoughts are my own.

I love that you can program your favorite settings. I love that you can program it to make coffee for you! I love that you can make a carafe. I love the digital display. Best Coffee maker of the century!

I received this product from influenster complimentary. This coffee maker is the best one I have ever had, from the touch screen to the ability to personalize my Kuerig, made me one happy camper. I absolutely loved that I could brew more than one cup at a time! I will be purchasing Keurig coffee maker from now on!

Cool product, love the new features

I received this product last week from Influenster to be part of the testing group. I was very excited to try out the new Keurig 2.0 because we have an older model that we like but felt some features were missing. The 2.0 delivers on many of those wish list items. For starters I really like that the 2.0 has a larger water reservoir. I find the touchscreen easy to read and allows you to select more options to make the desired cup of coffee. The carafe option is a great addition on the weekends when we actually enjoy breakfast instead of making 1 cup as we are rushing out the door. The hot water on demand option is great too! The only drawback I can see is for those that like to grind their own coffee or have a favorite brand that is not offered in the K-Cup packs. This system will only work with the newer K-Cups and the Vue packs. There is not a refillable option. But overall I feel like this system is an improvement over the older models. It definitely makes a great cup(or carafe) of coffee.
