Have had Platinum Keurig System, finally gave up and decided with such a good run on our Platinum System let's go next generation. So far very disappointed, waiting for a replacement unit as our next generation died in less than three weeks use. Benefit of the doubt being given looking for a better outcome on unit two of the K2.0 system 550 model.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Stylish
Cons: Long Brew Time, Loud, Missing Maintenance Parts, Plastic Filter Very Cheap

My husband and I drink coffee daily. This brewer is limited, as one may only brew up to 12 oz with a k-cup. One must purchase the Travel Mug cups if wanting to brew 16 oz and more. Travel Mug cups are extremely limited in brand/flavor. This brewer splashes and makes a mess. The RETURN POLICY IS EXTREMELY POOR especially for those like my husband and I who have ordered for years from Keurig. We have to pay for the return. Perhaps Keurig can glean from other on-line companies (i.e. Zappos) regarding return policies for loyal customers. Make sure you really want this product before you purchase it. Extremely disappointed in the service provided by Keurig.
Cons: Messysplashes, Had To Pay For Return, Limited Features

I received this product free from Influenster for testing and review purposes. I really love this I have a VUE and I think the 2.0 is more better.
Pros: Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Pleasing Roast, Balanced Acidity, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Pleasing Aroma

I am more of a tea drinker than a coffee drinker, but the rest of my household loves coffee. So we all love this. I don't have to heat a kettle over the stove anymore. I am so impressed with fact that there is a cocoa setting on the machine. I also enjoy the touchscreen feature. That makes it a lot easier to see what I'm doing. I am really jazzed that I got to experience this machine.

Not only does this Keurig have a gorgeous design, but it brews so nicely. I LOVE the Carafe feature, because being a coffee addict I drink more than one cup, so its great to not have to keep making more.. you get it all at once. It works like a dream. #convenience Its great when you have people over so you can just keep refilling without any hassle! So happy I received this item free from Influenster for review purposes! If I hadn't received it, I would've bought it myself!

AWESOME product I received free from Influenster. Unfortunately the plastic water filter snapped when we put it together, but seems to work fine. Love the colors feature, and the carafe is great for guests.
Pros: Easy to use, More Than One Cup, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body

I absolute love the new Keurig 2.0 550! I received it free from Influenster for testing purposes and I must say it is such an upgrade from the other Keurigs I've used. I love the fact that I can make more than one cup of coffee and that it came with a carafe! It really is so convenient. I also love that it came with a filter for the water. I can't find a bad thing to say about it. 5 Stars & 2 Thumbs Up!
