Love my new Keurig K560 !!

I really love the strong brew option. It's quick and easy to use. It makes great hot chocolate and flavored drinks. Much better than the older models. I would like to see a little bigger coffee pot and it be able to keep the coffee hot longer. Adding a strong setting the coffee pot function would be a plus. Over all a great machine. Will never have anytin other than a Keurig

The first thing I do each morning is brew my Keurig 2.0 cup of coffee. It never fails to be delicious and satisfying. I also like the fact that my husband and I can each brew our own cups because we each like a different type. No more wasted coffee!

Nice upgrade

We got this brewer as an upgrade from one that we have had for years and finally broke. The new brewer is good, and brews just fine, but we immediately had issues with the auto on/off function not working. Called Keurig and they are sending a replacement. I also had a box of older tea K-Cups still left, and the new brewer didn't recognize the cups as K-cup so would not brew them.
Pros: Stylish, Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Limited Features

This is a nice upgrade from my previous brewer, the platinum model. However, it's rather loud when the brewer is heating up, it doesn't recognize my previous k-cups, and it doesn't brew travel mug sizes. I literally have to push brew twice to fill up a travel mug for my morning commute. Or fill a carafe and have day-old coffee the following day. The problem with using the k-carafes is that because it's fairly new, the options are very limited. The energy saving mode is a brilliant feature in this model.

Versatile brewer, we use for coffee, iced coffee, tea, hot chocolate, iced tea and lemonade. Quick, easy and reliable, one of our most used family appliances. First off I hate the ugly grey color. Second, for water why do you have to hold down the button. That's utterly ridiculous! Small cup sizes. It's loud. I seriously can't stand this machine. Ive had issues with the lower models and had hopes for this one. Time for the trash and move on to another brand. Bye kuerig
