Have bought many coffee machines over the years but my Keurig is by far the best purhase I ever made. Easy to use for both single cup and jug, coffee is never cold once milk is added which has been my biggest complaint against other machines. The variety of pods available is a plus - satisfying all tastes. Only downside is the fact that you have to hold down the button for hot water and the 6oz limit on water delivery when hot water only is required.
Pros: Durable, Easy to clean, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Large Pot, Easy to use, Brews quickly

Couldn't believe how noisy this on is...The cheaper one I had before didn't make this much noise.

Want the VUE brewer back

Currently replacing another 2.0 machine that has broken, 3rd try to get a machine that works. Many features missing on this machine compared to older machines. This machine is harder to clean, brews coffee at a lower temperature, will not allow hot water brewing without continuous holding of a button and then only 6oz. at a time, the auto on/off feature never works right. I understand how a Keurig brewer works, our previous brewers had none of these issues. Not to mention that the new k-mugs are the exact same thing as a vue travel pod but at a higher price. The new website is cumbersome and we have twice now not received items that were on our order. I really feel like Keurig is letting it's long time customers down. Not impressed with anything new that Keurig has to offer. This once loyal customer starting to look elsewhere...
Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, HARD TO CLEAN, Limited Features

prefer the platinum keurig

this keurig is difficult for a man with large hands to change from 8 oz to 10 oz cup size. the platinum series was so easy to use and change settings very disappointed in this keurig wish I could have replaced my platinum keurig

Bad for the environment

The product is convenient for everyday use. However, when the machine breaks, which it will as this is our third, there is nothing to do with the old machine but put it in the trash. No recycling value at all.

I am a long time Keurig user and I love it. I've read the reviews about not being able to use your own coffee. That does not affect me since I only use the K-cups. I do have a couple of older boxes that won't work even though they were Keurig approved, but they are older. The one thing I don't like is the machine does not stay on all the time. I have to heat it up at least once a day. My Vue used to stay on all the time. Maybe I just haven't figured out how to do it yet! I was disappointed in the carafe. It is fine if you are making coffee for several people, but I was planning on making a carafe for myself to drink over an hour or so. This carafe is plastic and is not insulated. Now I need to spend more money to get the insulated one. Thanks Keurig for the free pods for this review.

We use this daily for 3 family members that each have a different favored coffee. Allows us each to have our favorite coffee. The only thing missing is the ability to hook up a direct water supply, and would like a couple more bigger settings.
