Don't knock it tell you try it

First received the new brewer and we thought it was a bad choice since you couldn't use the old cups. We quickly got over that notion when we used it as there were many options that weren't available on older units. We have lots of choices on the K Cups but not enough for the Carafe. We love to use this unit on relaxing days and would not trade it! "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review."
Pros: Stylish, Large Pot, Durable, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Brews quickly, Easy to clean
Cons: Not Enough Karafe Packs

Love my Keurig!

My husband and I work different shifts, so Keurig is a perfect solution! I didn't need to replace my last one, but I wanted the new model. I have bought 7 Keurigs over the years-used them at work, gave as gifts, and have one in our travel trailer! I love all the choices in coffees, teas, and other beverages. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating is the fact that I cannot use one of my favorite brands of coffee. Thank you Keurig for the free coffee for writing this review.

Not happy with "new/improved" brewer

Don't like anything about this "new/improved???" brewer. I liked the old model better. If something works why change it. I would not recommend this to friends or buy another Keurig again. GRRR

Cons: Can Only Brew 4-10 Oz, Spurts Coffee All Over, Limited Features

Nothing but problems

This is my 3rd brewer in the last 6 months, now it to is not working correctly, only makes half a cup of coffee ground are everywhere! I am ready to throw it out!

I use my pot everyday. Makes coffee fast. In order to get a 12 oz. cup, I have to make 8 oz and then run it again for 4 oz. My previous pot I did not have to do this. I preferred my previous pot better, but was told they do not make it anymore.

You improved on an already great coffee maker and somehow made it even better. We replaced our old Keurig coffee maker with the 2.0 Keurig 550 coffe maker. Wow!! It is the best coffee maker ever. With 3 adults in our household, we are all very pleased with each and every cup of coffee. Each of us likes our coffee different and this machine creates each cup perfect every time. Thank you Keurig.

I've owned Keurig products for years and have loved them all, but Keurig upped the game on this one and won! I love my coffee piping hot so I was concerned about a few reviews I read to the contrary. This is not the case with the 2.0 K550. Coffee brews quickly and stays HOT!

Really a shame the powers to be at Keurig made this machine to brew no more to 10 ounces per K Cup. I will be on the lookout for a fix to this problem, or purchase another companies product.
