the pot is nice in design, looks great! that's the end.... I love my platinum brewer better, makes a better cup of coffee and I can make a full mug of HOT WATER not only 6oz at a time. I sent this pot back, and hope the bring back the platinum brewer.
Pros: Stylish
Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, No Temp Comtrol, Long Brew Time, Limited Features, Not enough cup sizes

THE UNIT IS EASY TO USE AND WE ESPECIALLY LIKE THE LARGE 80 OUNCE RESERVOIR AS WE ENJOY SIX TO EIGHT CUPS IN THE MORNINGS. I love the easy use of this product, and the ability to only brew one cup at a time or brew a full pot, with other coffee pots I felt that if we didn't drink the whole pot we were wasting money, now I don't feel like i'm wasting money with the options available with this brewer.

Keurig Use all available K and Vue cups

The 550 has many useful features such as temperature, cup size, carafe use, and hot water dispense. Most impressive is the fact that any K cup or Vue cup coffee is able to be used with the brewer. When I purchased the Vue a while back, I lost the cost of all the boxes of coffee I had because they would not work. This ability is the most appreciated.

The changes in these new models are horrible. Should have stuck with the original designs. It takes two runs for a cup of coffee. The plate the cup sits on is not attached so every time you take a cup off it moves.
Pros: Looks nice, Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: Cheaply made

Although I am not a coffee drinker, this brewer gives me SO many non-coffee options to brew!! My husband, however, is a coffee drinker and the 2.0 allows him to brew a regular cup of coffee, or use the Vue cups for his travel mug. We also love that we are able to brew a carafe when entertaining family and friends! This brewer is SO versatile, and I also love the customer service I received with tips on how to best utilize and care for our 2.0 brewer. If you buy this brewer, you won't regret it!
