I love this new product. I've been wanting a coffee machine that would enable me to both brew a cup and brew a small pot of coffee, and I love Keurig, so I was excited for this product. My own quibble is that I can no longer use my filter to brew other ground coffees.
Pros: Brews quickly, Large Pot, Carafe Is Awesome, Durable, Easy to use, Easy to clean
Cons: Can't Brew Ground Coffee

The Keurig 2.0 is perfect for home or corporate office use. Quick to brew and clean, especially while busy working. I give it a 9/10. If only the coffee pods used for it weren't so watery/light in flavor, I'd give it a 10/10.

Not sure what people are complaining about. I finally replaced my Keurig I bought when they first came out, and the 2.0 is a huge upgrade.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Brews quickly, Durable

use it daily 1-2 cups . like the larger water tank , nice not to have to add messy coffee grounds & empty the messy grounds . spoiled don't like filling with water all the time .

I use this product every day and was very disappointed that my old one went out on me. Online/phone support was great and they helped me with my new 2.0, but I was disappointed that my old cups would not work and my old cup for my own grounds would not work (and they said their device wouldn't be out until December for my own grounds!)

This is my 3rd Keurig over 5 1/2 years. Needless to say, I do like Keurig coffeemakers. I like the convenience of a cup of coffee first thing in the morning. Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review.
