So far I love this product. The new technology on this is great (touchscreen, auto on/off, etc). I have a mini Keurig already so I love that I am able to have a water reservoir. I also love the being able to use a karafe and karafe cups. The only problem I ran into so far was the initial cleaning. It's supposed to do 6oz but the stream was inconsistent and only did about 1oz. I tried again and it did fine. Received this product via Influenster.
Pros: Pleasing Aroma, Technology, Water reservoir
Cons: Inconsistent Stream

BETTER THAN THE VUE

I absolutely love this new machine - I had the Keruig Vue after checking a million and one different reviews for it online so you can imagine my excitement getting this machine. It literally beats every other keruig and even my normal star bucks run has been replaced. Not only is it really convenient to be able to brew my own coffee in my own home, but my house smells amazing. I personally love the little touches that this brewer has like the back lighting and ability to change the coloring. For example my kitchen has mostly red accents so its kind of cool to be able to change all the lighting to red just to match, it also has a amazing night light that i keep on for my husband who is going to work at 1am. The coffee its self taste amazing, not bitter or over powering but you are given the option of strong if that fits your fancy. I have recommended this to so many of my friends and family bc i am a huge advocate for great products and this definitely tops the list. My family already knows what they are getting for christmas!

I am waiting to upgrade mine to the k550, I will not buy until the k550 comes out in "BLACK" I cannot stand the silver color... Please I woud like to get this before the holidays. Thanks (I love the keurig products and have 3 of your coffee makers in my home already).

I've been a Keurig owner since 2009. First one was the platinum and I was sooo hooked. I also have a mini plus for trips and is great! So this is my third one, not counting the Mini plus! I sooo love this 2.0 K550 and all the new updates. Love the light choices - green background and green light!! i am such a fan and have spread the word to many so many friends and family! Oh and people at the store that are looking I can't help myself, I tell them how awesome the keurigs are and they will just love it. And as far as the k-cups being pricey ... Keurig always has a sale and they have 24 per box and at the stores about same cost but only 12-18 cups. Well I could go on about my favorite thing. But just buy one and join Keurig and you'll earn a discount!!

Great Machine

I absolutely love my new Keurig 2.0, it makes coffee at the right temperature because I don't like it extremely hot. The only thing I am concerned about which could just be my imagination is that when I make a 10oz cup it doesn't come out 10oz unless my coffee cup is just bigger because it seems to make 10oz just fine in my to go mug. But overall I am enjoying this machine very much.

I have been using the Keurig B75 for over 2 years and absolutely love it. I purchased the 2.0 as a back up it was a great black Friday deal. I am soooo disappointed. It does NOT brew a 12oz Keurig mug unless you use a VUE cup, My absolute favorite k-cup coffee is Starbucks needless to say there is none in the VUE cups so now I am brewing an 8oz and a 4oz to get a full Keurig mug. My son went to Hawaii and brought me back some Kona coffee; alas I can not use it in my 2.0 because there is no K-Cup adopter. My own coffee is not something I like to do because I don't like the mess and the inconvenience, but I sure would still like the option. The only thing Keurig did with the 2.0 is add the carfe...joke wasn't the whole plan of Keuig ONE cup at a time the way ONE likes it??Disappointed
