I am very happy with my Keurig 2.0 K550. I wish sometimes that it was not as noisy when brewing my coffee. I have and will continue to recommend it too my friends. Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review.

Great upgrade from our 5 year old Keurig! I like the new design, digital display, water filter & karafe. I found the lack of instructions included with the water filler to be a little frustrating. The filter also seems to be cheaply made. A piece of plastic broke off ours while installing. Otherwise I'm enjoying my new Keurig!

Avoid Brand

I have loved Keurig because of how easy it is to use. I still have the machine but warn new buyers to avoid. The product breaks easily. I have actually purchased the machine 3 times, not sure why. Although purchased 3 times I have had 7 total brewers because Keurig had to replace the machines and one of them twice. I also returned one a week later to the store so really that makes 8. Overall the idea is great, but the machines break very easily and stop brewing, or brew small amount of grounds. This is irritating because the Kcups are not cheap so its a waste if it does not brew correctly. After aw while, Keurig customer service stops helping and blames the consumer.

Cons: Long Brew Time, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, HARD TO CLEAN

I've had three in the last two years all were junk. Filter holder broke the first time I tried to change the filter. Don't buy

Not happy about cups sizes and temp

It does not have a temp control setting, and the cup size only goes to a 10oz, My old one had alot more settings for the cup size and the temperture sure do miss that . My husband said he does not like it take it back and get another old one.

In order to brew the optimal beverage the Keurig 2.0 brewing system adjusts the temperature for you based on whether you have inserted a K-Cup pod, K-Mug or a K-Carafe pod. Also, have you heard about our K-MUG pods? Visit www.keurig.com and check them out as they will allow you to brew cups over 10 oz without having to use a Carafe. We hope this information is helpful.

I enjoyed my smaller Keurig at work so decided to order one for home. I wanted a bit more out of it so I chose the 2.0. I love the fact that I can choose to make a cup or a carafe with this one. It's great! I would give it a 5 but there's always room for improvement.. I haven't nit picked it yet :)

What a scam

Well this is out 3rd one in 3 years. Same problem every time its quit pumping. Keurig was nice enough to replace the one we had with a 2.0. But neglected to tell us that the replacement came with nothing and I mean nothing . Also it will not brew a 12oz cup like the last ones we had. I have to but a larger pod to brew a 12oz cup what a ripoff . Also the My K Cup which cost us 30.00 + only is capable to make 10 oz they got you! . . The filter... I have to go buy one of those also it didnt come with one. Instructions???? NONE! By the way IF someone would of told me all this I would NOT of wanted this LARGE maker since I cant brew 12oz. I would of rather and a smaller one. This is the last one I will own.

Save your money. Ridiculous how a new product can be worse than the previous version. Its just a money trap. I am totally done with Keurig. Will go back to the old way.
