My carafe system does not work.

When using the Carafe it never fills using the same amount of water. Usually I need to push the brew button 3 times to get close to the proper amount of water.
Pros: Brews quickly
Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, HARD TO CLEAN

I love the brew system only wish I could use my Keurig basket and filter system or my favorite blended coffee it worked in my vue and other 2.0 systems. you are locking out the competion for coffee sales they don't make a system to beat yours why worry!
Pros: Large Pot, Easy to clean, Multiple Settings, Brews quickly

I am not able to make an 8 oz cup of tea. It only brews 6 oz. Of water. I cannot brew my organic coffee. Also, some of the approved Keurig coffees don't work in it. The o July good thing that I see is that I can brew a larger amount of coffee with the karaff.

Big Disappointment

This is a huge disappointment. Plastic water reservoir is cheaply made, water filter holder broke trying to put the filter on. Needle plugs up constantly. This Huge disappointment from compared to previous Keurig devices.

The product still does as advertised. My biggest disappointment is in the size capability of the individual cups. We have a VUE that allows us to create 18oz cups. No more with this system. That's unfortunate. Using the carafe alternative is expensive and defeats the purpose of "Individuality" in selection. I will now move back to large non-single use coffee makers. Sorry Kuerig, you lost me after 5+ years

I don't like the hot water opp. I have to hold the button down to only get 6oz when I want 12oz. I can only get up to a 10oz coffee. the last keurig I owned had better options.

Horrible machine...owned the older one and loved it...it just stopped working so called keurig and they said we will send you the new "cadillac" of machines.. I WANT my old machine back..the hole made by the need is way too big, grinds EVERY time in my cup, and exploding pod when handle is lifted
