Received as a gift from Keurig. Easy to set up and use. Fast. Although I don't use 'off brands' it would be nice if all pods could be used in the machine.
Pros: Brews quickly, Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: Limited Features

I love this brewer. I am a keurig enthusiast because I have the old VUE system and the RIVO. I then got this model of the 2.0 and I am proud of Keurig for inventing a machine that is this advanced. You can brew every k-cup for a single cup and now you can brew up to 5 cups (30 oz) at once using the k-carafe pack! I also love the fact that you can brew using VUE packs by using numbered settings that correspond to a type of VUE pack (coffee, tea, etc.). This is my favorite of my three Keurig machines and I just am amazed about the advancements Green Mountain Coffee has applied to these new and ingriguing brewers. Way to go Keurig engineers!

This is the 5th Keurig brewer I've purchased -- and the best! I'm one of the 95,000 who bought this QVC Today's Special Value on Sunday. It was delivered to me in Las Vegas on Tuesday--less than 36 hours after I placed my order on my iPad just before midnight. Best price anywhere. Congrats to the QVC elves who can make almost 100,000 K-brewers disappear instantly."

Not a Happy Camper

This seemed to be a great idea since our old coffeemaker was over the hill. What a disappointment when we realized only your coffee could be used. Shame on you for blocking use of other good brands. Even though this was quite expensive, I hope it doesn't last very long.

Doesn't have enough mug sizes. My travel mugs are 16 - 20 oz. I really don't find this machine any more convenient than my old one. Very disappointed in its overall performance!
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Too Short For Travel Mugs, Loud, Limited Features

You can brew different sizes depending on the pack that you insert:
K-Cup: 4 oz. - 6oz. - 8oz. – 10 oz.
Vue: 12 oz. – 14 oz.
K-Carafe: 22 oz. – 30 oz.
Here are some tips on how to get a bigger brew:
Brew a 4-cup carafe using new K-Carafe packs and pour into two 14 oz. travel mugs – there are 11 K-Carafe pack varieties and more to be announced in 2015.
Try our Vue packs, which come in 50 different varieties and will work with the Keurig 2.0 system.

If the menu aloud the user to make their own choices and the machine accepted all brands of coffee (without the DRM hack ) it would have made a lot of people much happier.
Pros: Fit Quickly Back In Box, The Box It Came In Was Ok
Cons: Limited Features, Cannot Use Other Brands, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Cannot Use With Other Cup, Menu Is Terrible

Doesn't brew coffee hot enough

I really like my Keurig 550 but specifications say that it should brew the coffee at 192 degrees but the maximum temperature we can achieve with our brewer is 165 degrees. Have emailed Keurig about this issue with no response.

Plastic taste!!

Our old Keurig brewer (which we loved!) died so we purchased a new K550 brewer. Coffee tasted like plastic. After searching the internet for solutions, we cleaned it with soap, ran two containers of water with white vinegar and seasoned it with over 25 cups of coffee. The coffee still tasted like plastic so I called customer service and Keurig replaced my brewer. When the second brewer arrived, it too tasted like plastic. Same cleaning and seasoning procedures were followed and the coffee still tasted like plastic. Keurig was supposed to call me to discuss my options. NO CALL!!! So, after years of being a loyal customer and weeks without coffee we're done with Keurig. We've returned the second brewer tonight and we're going back to a traditional brewer!

Cons: Bad Taste
