BUYER BEWARE!!

This is a complete waste of money. For this price point. I never would have imagined such poor quality.Takes a long time to heat up and usually has to be unplugged and started back up to erase the "heating" icon numerous times. Selecting the size you would like to brew is pointless. It will brew what it wants-even over flowing a standard size mug. The needle has to be cleaned daily. Most importantly-you will likely go through 3 pods to get that good cup of coffee. JUST GARBAGE! Third Keurig purchase over 5 years and the LAST!

Love the New Keurig!

I received the new Keurig 2.0 through the Influesnter program recently for review purposes and have fallen in love with the upgrade. I love the ability to swap from single cup when it's just me to a full carafe when I have company over. I also love that I can easily choose between 4 to 10 oz's per single cup, really comes in handy on those days that a small cup just isn't going to cut it. The new water filter system is a huge plus and helps a ton with the taste of the coffee. Speaking of taste the ability to choose if you want your coffee brewed strongly is nice one. The biggest complaint I have is the plastic carafe. While you can upgrade to the stainless steel one I feel that the deluxe brewer package should come with it. As far as being able to only use the newer K-Cups I have no issue with being brand loyal to a good company that produces a quality product.
Pros: Great Digital Display, Brew 4-10 Oz Cup, Carafe Ability

"Hot water on demand"

"Hot water on demand" is only on the 350 not on any of the other models. Talked to a rep from keurig and th y confirmed that. I can get hot water faster from my microwave and or water dispenser faster than standing and waiting for 6oz of water holding a button the entire time.. Very mad

They just keep getting better

When I received this as a gift to try I was so happy and then to have it perform above and beyond my expectations. Thank you Keurig! The larger reservoir is awesome. Coffee is ready instantly. Love the extra features such as; strong setting, hot chocolate, hot water and the ability to change the screen and light colors. My only disappointment was having 5 boxes of coffee in my cabinet I could no longer use since the logo was not on them. I understand why they would do this though with all the cups that I have had blow outs on, hopefully this will not be as big of an issue in the future if the manufacturing is controlled a little better.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to clean, Large Pot, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Brews quickly
Cons: Can't Use Old Cups

Top notch brewer, no complaints

I just don't get the negative complaints here and at other places. I did my homework before I purchased, and I knew that it didn't take the old K-cups...so the issue is not with the brewer, it's that you didn't bother to learn about it before you bought it. And who buys a $200 brewer so they can get hot water? Complaining about not getting more than 6oz of hot water at a time from a coffee/tea brewer is petty. Anyways, this machine is everything I expected, makes a better cup of coffee than my previous VUE machine, and better than another brand of single-serving brewer I have. And because I like the coffee (and the phenomenal choice of K-cups available here), I'm going through the K-cups fast enough that I'm already a platinum Club Keurig member and getting 15% off cups...so like I said, no complaints, no regrets! Good value!

Just What I've Been Waiting For

I was surprised when I received the notice about a free coffee maker from Keurig. This new 2.0 brewer has everything I could want in a coffee machine. It's nicer than my original K-cup and that was hard to beat since I loved it so much more than previous machines There are five sizes of single cups as well as a larger carafe setting. Plus you can specify if you want regular or stronger coffee with some of the brew settings. Both settings work great and the carafe is a super idea. With all the bells and whistles to customize this coffee machine, I couldn't be happier. Thanks Keurig

The best Keurig brewer ever!

I love my brand new Keurig 2.0 K550. It is so amazingly smart and brews the perfect cup or carafe every time. Keurig has knocked it out of the park with this new home brewer. We love having our favorite coffees from the first morning cup to the last decaf at night. Whether it is flavored or a special blend of regular coffee, Keurig has given us something wonderful to smile about. While I received my Keurig as a gift, it was not required to write this review. I truly love my Keurig.

Love my new Keurig 2.0!

I was given a complimentary machine by Influenster for the purpose of a review. We love it! My husband and I use it daily, seven days a week, and we have high expectations as we've had another Keurig prior to this. My husband would like to see a 12 oz. option to fill his carpool mug further but I just make two cups in the morning anyway so it's fine. The carafe option is fantastic for weekends and I particularly like the program option, reservoir light color options and strength options.
Pros: Pleasing Aroma, Smooth Taste, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Pleasing Roast, Quiet, Not Bitter
Cons: Could Use A 12 Oz Cup
