Purchased the Keurig 2.0 K550. Love the machine so far. Great customization and features. Reviews are all over the place with the new 2.0 machines. Well, it is all about change and accepting it or not. It happens with cars, our jobs etc. The reality is, it is going to happen and we can't stop it. I came from a Vue which I lived till it died. Others are coming from older model Keurigs. There are things I am getting use to as others will too from older Keurig models. This is a great machine with cool options and features older generations didn't have and missing some the older ones dI'd have. Hey, amazing how we get use to something we have had for a while huh? I think Keurig did a great job with this machine and will continue to evolve it for the future. I think every home should have one due to convenience and variety of coffee and tea options. I really don't think you would regret buying one. Heck, their customer service is top notch just like Vitamin (In my opinion). Great job Keurig! I am very satisfied!

The Brewer for Everyone

I do must say that there is a part to the set that is hard...opening the cap to insert the filter pod is hard. But I love the fact that I can still brew a single cup for me and a whole carafe for my loved one. The flavor still has the high quality that we have grown to expect from Keurig. I also love the ease of the control panel and being able to change the color of the backlight and the lcd display. The only other negative thing about this brewer is the cost of the K-carafe pods....they are a bit expensive. I hope they develop a reusable container like they have for the k-cup.

Convenient Coffee Brewer

I really loved my Keurig! I received it complementary from influenster.com and I enjoyed every cup of coffee since! It is perfect for the early mornings when you don't have the time to focus on brewing an exceptional cup of joe. The only complaint I would have is that it was annoying to continually remove the coffee catcher at the bottom, it should have been of adequate height to include the carafe without removal.
This product provides no advantage over older models, in fact, it suffers in comparison. Can only brew up to 10 oz (besides using the giant k pods for the Carafe)? Can't brew old k pods? I am highly disappointed. I called the company, they didn't care. Don't waste your money. Other competitors are now out there and Keurig is quickly losing out with poor customer service and inferior products.

Bad Choice

I have a earlier version of the Keurig system and love it, simple to use, heats up fast and chose 1 of 3 setting and you have Coffee. When the system 2, K350 came out I purchase one for me and one for my daughter. Bad choice, the system 2 takes forever to warm up, is difficult to use when it works. Have purchased only the K-cup logo coffee and the K350 will give you maybe a 1/4 or less of coffee when 10 oz. is chosen. Brewer says coffee is done and open the lid to find the K-cup still full of hot water, coffee ground all over. Gone thru 4 K cups to get one 10 oz coffee. Hope your experience is better as this K350 is heading to the trash.

Utter Garbage - Keurig Quality Control is GONE!

Have gone through two Keurig 550 brewers in two months and won't be wasting my time on a third. Twice now the unit's pump has failed within just a few weeks of purchase. We are avid daily coffee drinkers using the machine to brew between 6 and 8 cups per day - a feat our previous Keurig Machine was capable of handling for several years. Given the complete failure of the pump mechanism in two separate machines I can only surmise that Keurig/Green Mountain decided to cut corners purchasing a cheaper and less reliable pump for the sake of their own greed.
Cons: Pump Consistently Fails, Unreliable

This is my third Keurig, but I have to say I'm pretty disappointed with this one. It is SO INCREDIBLY LOUD that using it in the morning is out of the question if anyone else is sleeping. Additionaly, it brews really weird. There's never a steady stream of coffee coming out of the machine its little bursts every few seconds. There's a constant grinding noise when it's trying to brew. It's done this from the very first time I used it :(
