Loved my old keurig but have had issues with the 2.0 from the beginning but getting worse. Constantly cleaning and unclogging needles to no avail. Waste at least 2-3 kcups each box. Doesn't matter what kind of coffee, now even my dd hot cocoa cups are clogging.
Pros: Stylish, Multiple Settings
Cons: GROUNDS IN CUP, Constantly Clogs

I use my Keurig every day! I love how fast and easy it is to get a hot cup of coffee. The only issue I have with my Keurig is the touchscreen is very touchy. It changes too fast and when it looks like you are brewing a 10 oz cup it has already moved to 4 oz. I want to get my grandmother a new one but I don't think this would be good for her with the touchscreen and it is hard to read. Otherwise, this Keurig is easy to use and coffee turns out great, just wish we could brew our own coffee in this one. " Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review."

I own a Vue Keurig brewer and purchased a 2.0 brewer thinking It would improve the quality of the coffee, it does not. It sets the vue cups at 14 oz. which is way to weak. the Vue brewer sets it at 10 oz. meaning the auto brew feature for vue cups is worthless. K cups may work fine, but I like more than 8 oz. in the morning. I'm going to continue using my Vue brewer and put this one away for future use.

Cons: Complicated Controls, To Much Trial And Error

Confused about advertised vs reality brew sizes

I ordered the new Keurig K550 after my Vue water resevoir "lid" was chewed up by my dog. I figured since the Vue had been discontinued shortly after I purchased that one (my 1st Keurig mind you) why buy replace the it and upgrade to something that has NOT been discontinued. I'm alarmed and afraid to bother opening my box because although it is promoted as having 10 sizes everyone here is saying you can only brew 8oz. I use to do my coffee mug for 18 oz. I'm concerned that I just purchased another Keurig that is going to be discontinued! I love using my own coffee too and I ordered from Keurig the coordinating refill pod. Didn't open that yet either. Thinking maybe I should just return all and wait or look into another brand.

Thank you for your review and feedback. The K550 Brewing System brews 4,6,8, and 10oz cup sizes with K-Cup pods. We do offer K-Mug and Vue pods that will allow you to brew 12,14, and 16oz cup sizes. We hope this information is helpful.

Not Happy at All

Stopped working this morning. Well it still works, just gives water one drop at a time. Great if you want 6 drops of coffee.
Cons: Noisy, Must Use Kcups, Time Waster, Limited Amounts Of Hot Wa, Less Efficient, Turn On Time, Less Light Than Previous

Too Cold

this is our third machine and it works ok. it lacks several features that others had. ofr example, now you have to hold the button to dispense hot water and it only dispenses 6oz. The biggest disappointment is the water temp, the other brewers before this one, temp went to 192, this one tops off at 175.
Pros: Looks Great Easy To Oper
Cons: Does Not Have Temperature
