We have been Keurig and Green Mountain fans for years. Everyone, including our clients, enoy the convenience and variety of the Keurig in our office. My wife and I could not do without a Keurig at home. This new Keurig is the best we've owned.
Pros: Brews quickly, Multiple Settings, Easy to clean, Stylish, Easy to use, Large Pot

Best coffee brewer I have ever owned!

I absolutely love this new Keurig, it works just as good if not better than original Keurig. This brewer is easy to use. I love that I can make one cup of coffee, or a carafe if I want more than one cup. There is a huge selection of coffee, tea, hot chocolate and cider to chose from for this machine. You can make several different size cups of coffee depending on how much you want. Whatever you make, it always comes out nice and hot. I love that I can set different timers and night light color. The touch screen is pretty big, so its easy to read and set. The only down side is you can only use specific Keurig K-cups and there is not a reusable filter, but people have found ways around this so i'm sure Keurig will come out with a reusable filter soon. This is hands down the best coffee maker I have ever owned. I highly recommend this to anyone who likes coffee, tea, hot chocolate etc. ***Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review. I received this new Keurig 2.0 from Influenster for free for testing purposes.***

Will not accept non Kurig packs

Not what I expected

My old Keurig machine bit the dust, well out of warrantee, so I thought I would upgrade to a bigger, better machine. Big mistake! The fact that they eliminated the large cup size is inconvenient because now I have to run the machine twice to fill my 14 oz cup. But more significant ... I knew that Keurig made some unfortunate choices to "encourage" customers to use only Keurig-brand coffees, but I figured that since I had never purchased anything other than official Keurig coffee that I could ignore this poor choice. In spite of this I found that many of my existing Keurig-brand cups would not work in the new machine!! Since Keurig forced me to go to an off-brand site to obtain a fix to the Keurig machine, I will probably try some off-brand coffee as much in protest of Keurig's putting customer service so low as to get a better price.
Pros: Good coffee every time
Cons: Won't Brew Old Keurig Cup, Eliminated Large Cup Size, Limited Features

Do NOT buy!

This second Keurig (2.0) was a gift to upgrade my older Keurig Elite, that still worked. I just pulled my older Keurig out of garage after using the new 2.0 less than 2 months!!! It stopped brewing!!! BUT there are other things I am not satisfied about this newer model:1. NO 12 oz. brewing size2. Not hot enough3. CAN'T use my other favorite pods!! Or use my own favorite coffee blend in reusable pod!!4. I don't like having to hold down the Hot Water button! AND it's only 6 oz.!! 5. The plastic cafe that comes with it is useless, coffee doesn't stay hot 5 minutes.6. After only 6 weeks I have to trouble shot how to fix the darn thing so it will brew again!! And this happened with a house full of company!! I am very disappointed with this product. I can't believe it got any good reviews...

Don't Buy the 2.0

The computer settings on this 2.0 are not user friendly. The pot is all plastic and dosen't keep the coffee hot. You took away the choice we had to use our own coffee grounds in a reusable, earth friendly cup. I really, really DO NOT LIKE THE 2.0 and will not recommend it to anyone.

I haven't had the 2.0 long but so far I love it. Easy, stylish, fast, and the coffee is perfect. Absolutely hate that you have to use the new k-cups but we got around that. Definitely pleased with this brewer!

My husband and I use a Keurig coffee maker every day. The 2.0 we purchased this year has become unusable for us in the 3 1/2 months we haved owned. Brew time is very slow with the last 3 kcups not brewing at all. Just clicking and a couple of drops of water and then the unit just stops. This will probably end up in the trash - would not even send to the Goodwill!
Cons: Long Brew Time
